Very new, extremely clean, modern hotel in a centre of town. Few steps to promenade and the beach. I had Superior room with a great sea view. Friendly owner, thank you :) Wifi worked excellent. Fridge in the room and a lot of space for storage. I would add some pictures or decorations in different colours to current pastel room. Anyway very recommended! Free water, nescafe / tea in a lounge.

Little problem I forgot to mention to the host is that one electrical socket next to the kitchen hob did not work.

Excellent Aparthotel with all brand new facilities and equipment. Wonderful staff who were very helpful and accommodating to our requests and little things we asked about. Provided very useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Parking space available in the underground garage or near hotel entrance. Also very easy access by car as hotel can be reached from both ends of the street so even if something is blocking one end of the street you can always go around. Views are amazing, you can see the entire Sutomore beach strip with the promenade while the hotel is located in the best part of it which is the Northern corner. Plenty of shops and restaurants near hotel such as Franca, IDEA etc.

A very good hotel. Clean and spacious apartment located on the 6th floor. Fully functioning air conditioning in each room, two clean bathrooms equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. Wifi worked flawlessly. Very nice and helpful hosts. If you are looking for a hotel in Sutomore (and you know what beaches and discos look like here) this is definitely worth recommending!

Everything was OK.

Location was just perfect, just by the beach. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The staff was also very helpfull. We had a room overlooking the beach and the evening promenade.

Excellent breakfast - It is a family hotel and they took care of our needs. They prepared Vegetarian food. Super staff - The staff was very friendly and welcoming Rooms - We got an upgrade and the sea view from the room was fabulous! Location - The bus and train stations were close by. Also, there are a few supermarkets nearby

Exceptional service from the owner Tania. This is a family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and Tania was so kind and helpful . My room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom. Huge breakfast and, again, wonderful service providing additional items that we particularly wanted. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Hotel Kaligrosh is perfect for a stay in Sutomore and has everything you need. It is at a perfect location. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to beach and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. Because of the great soundproof rooms you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment (eg. night music, chats, cars and festivals). The whole place made us feel at ease. Staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly, very helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sutomore. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely return again and send a friend there!

It's has't a straight way to beaches.

This is a unique hotel in which all rooms have a sea view. Very nice that coffee and liquor is always available at lobby. Very friendly staff.

Very loud music from outside clubs. It was loud even with closed windows. Fortunately it ends up at midnight.

The place is extremely tidy, new and well run. It's run by a very nice family who made us feel like home. The hotel is in front of the beach and close to all facilities. The views are very nice and you can use the big terrace at the rooftop to relax in the evening. Breakfast is included and food was delicious and served in reasonable portions. Towels were changed almost every day. There is also a mini bar in the room where you can put some drinks and food. Air conditioning is new and extremely quiet. WIFI connection was very good, it's very important for us as we needed a fast connection for our work. There is an elevator and the entrance is approachable for handicapped people as well. Special thanks to the owners who took extremely good care of us and helped us in need. I got sunburnt and the lady let me use a homemade lotion that relieved the pain and the redness. This was one of the best stays on our trips for sure. ❤️ Hvala
