The location is not easy to access from the main road and can be easily missed at night. (even with GPS - google maps) More signposts will be helpful as the side provincial roads in Montenegro can benefit from upgrading. In addition, there are not many facilities next to the hotel and car rental is almost essential for stays more than 3 days.

The design of the boutique hotel rooms and furniture was to a very high standard. The hosts, Kaltrina and Burim and their staff were excellent. They are attentive, accessible, helpful and professional ( all the qualities you expect from a boutique hotel management. The breakfast was very good ( usually a fixed menu but with sufficient variety (fresh fruits, eggs, pancakes, cheeses, cold meats etc) to satisfy a diverse group for travellers. The location is right next to a private and small beach which made it very comfortable and easy for a beach holiday.

This hotel and its stunning location are truly enchanting! Words can't fully capture the beauty of this place. The family that owns the hotel is incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff is equally wonderful. Nestled right by the water, the breathtaking sunsets are simply unforgettable. There’s nothing quite like relaxing while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The hotel itself is brand new, impeccably clean, and exudes a charming Tulum vibe. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a magical getaway!

It was perfect!

The hotel has one of the most amazing position I have ever met…directly on the water. The rooms are cleaned everyday with great care. The breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh every day and the orange juice was real orange juice, not store bought. Also, the hotel has a parking which has 24/7 surveillance. The sea is cleaned everyday and warm, even though the entrance is rocky it has more than 80/90 meters of fine sand and clear water. Last but not least, the owners are making sure every second that you have all that you need, they give you great recommendations with places and beaches.

The apartments are even more beautiful than the photos! Extremely tasteful, even in the smallest details, very comfortable and with a terrace offering great views. The breakfast is memorable, and the hosts are extremely kind and helpful! Cannot recommend them enough!

There are some lounge chairs that are supposed to be reserved for guests but sometimes non guests use them since the beach is very small. Although hotel staff tries to clean the beach is not uncommon to find litter on the seashore.

Very welcoming owners in a small hotel providing an amazing breakfast. Copious amounts of food and a lot of variety, truly fantastic delicious home made products,. The view is amazing. On the First day we arrived, the owners proposed to make us dinner and it was also great and very affordable. They also gave us nice recommendations of places to visit around and restaurants. Depending on the time of the year you might get some algae but if you swim a bit further the sea is very clear.

Directly on the beach / water. It is 1m away from the house / your balcony. In June 2024 everything new. Design super nice - as shown on pictures. Family running the hotel is super friendly. They have super tips for things to do / where to eat - yet the restaurant next door is marvelleous - also highly recommended. The road (if you take the 2nd road coming from then north - don’t take the 1st exit as recommended by google maps) is absolutely okay - yes it’s one lane and you need to drive back a bit if you meet another car

Incredible small family owned boutique hotel. Friendliest people you'll ever meet. The hotel itself is beautiful, tasteful decor and the most amazing views (literally there's nothing between you and the sea!). The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and peaceful atmosphere. The comfiest bed, black out blinds (to ensure a very good night sleep!). Shout out to the breakfast! What an incredible selection of savory and sweet foods. We we're amazed every morning by delicious food and the view. Accessible nearby restaurants and beach bar (Casa Mila + Kafana Rakita) we recommend the latter for dinner! Thank you so much, you guys made our holiday!

An excellent stay. The sunsets with a sea view were incredible. The balcony was simply magnificent. Breakfast was so amazing that words can't fully express our admiration. Although the rooftop pool wasn't operational, it didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. It’s a wonderfully quiet and pleasant place. The staff was very welcoming and extremely polite, treating us like very good friends. Let me mention breakfast again; it was simply delightful. The swimming area is picturesque and secluded. The hotel has its own parking. We were recommended a wonderful restaurant that deserves the highest rating. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality of the hosts. We will return again if possible next year.

The drive to get to the property is really narrow and not easy to get to, suggest for the first day to not drive at night. Budva and Kotor is an hour away by car.

The apartments are so beautifully decorated, spacious with amazing views of the ocean, we enjoyed the breakfast and had an absolutely lovely stay here, the owners really make you feel as comfortable as possible and are so accommodating!

First of all the location is great,just 10 minutes after Ulqin you will find the best beach in Krusce ,there you will find a quite hotel with a beautiful architecture. The owners will welcome you in a best way possible,Kaltrina and Burim will take care for you in every possible way.Also the breakfast is served in another beautiful way and is 10/10. The arrival road into the hotel is challenging. You will not believe to your navigation if you see the real road in front of you. It is narrow and steep and you will think that you are comming to the hell. But when you finish, you will appear at the paradise :-). I recommend to take a second digression (turn) from main road coming from Croatia direction. This road is less steep.

Extraordinary breakfast made of local food, personally served to our table every day with several combinations. Great location, small beach and the sea just next to you. Our apartment had a private entrance to the sea just from the terrace. Wonderfull sun set every day visible from the room and terrace. Private beach with no stress to get the beach deck chair. Very friendly owner ready to help every hour of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, plus a large balcony with a sunset view. Spacious even for a family of 5. The sandy beach (just a bit rocky at the beginning) is cleaned every day and is great for kids. The water is clear and calm in the morning and a bit choppy in the afternoon. The kids also enjoyed this part of the day as they were able to have fun with the waves which were neither too big nor too small, just the best for them. Having your own beach during high season is a HUGE advantage so you can enjoy quiet, peaceful times with your family and you're not on some crowded beach like we've experienced at other places. There are two restaurants on the beach, both with tasty food and nice prices. We literally parked our car at the hotel and didn't want to move anywhere else. There are only 2-3 lodging houses and those 2 restaurants in the area. The rest is just forests all around. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely served. Lots of different food to choose from. As a bonus you get a veeery nice host with really hospitable staff. We felt really comfortable and welcome during our stay. We recommend this place and would love to come back again. Our rating 10+
