Beautiful view from the terrace of most of Budva. You can have coffee and dinner looking over the beautiful coastline and town. Not far walking to the old town and supermarket. Kitchen where you can cook and 2 fridges to store your food. Plenty of teas and coffee provided by owners. Shared bathroom and toilet.

Walls are thin. So we could hear other noisy People come back during the night. But earplugs help with that.

Very nice hosts. Also they have a very friendly dog who loved to say hello. They arranged for us to park our car before incheck time, so we could enjoy the most of it.

It isn’t a particular dislike, but you do have to climb stairs to get there so if that is an issue then avoid this property. Owner isn’t the best at communicating on Booking.com but he is lovely and is always at the apartment to help if need be

It’s definitely a good workout up the stairs from old town so not best suited for those who can’t handle that. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were flies because the bathroom had no ventilation and was very hot. I also wish there was a rubbish bin in the room.

The bed was comfortable, I felt safe and cool at night. The property was quiet despite being on a main road. Laundry was free which was lovely. I would recommend it for a good value hotel.

Only one bathroom to 4 rooms on the second floor so there was almost always someone occupying it. Clean and tidy though!

The views are truly splendid! Exactly what was pictured on the site and more cause they even have a cute dog. This place and rooms are spacious, well equipped, and the owners are helpful and kind.

Parking can be a little tricky, so ask property about parking prior to arriving.

The view from this location was amazing. The team were very responsive around arrival and helping us park our car. Location is around a 10 minute walk unto old town which is perfect. Room was clean and balcony was amazing. Well worth the $.

Great value for money. Hosts were really friendly. The location is up a hill behind the Old Town meaning you have amazing views of the bay, mountains and beyond. I would def stay here again if I get another opportunity to visit Budva.

Guest House Budva is definitely a place I will stay again. Upon arrival ( I have forgotten his name!) the owner was so lovely and chill, showed us around the beautiful multi-tiered property and our rooms. He told us everywhere to go and gave us a map, and was not rushing us at all to pay, show our passports etc. The beds are super comfy, linen is provided and both the room and bathroom were super clean and monitored always. Bella the dog is the most gorgeous, friendly and fluffy dog you will meet! She made the stay really 🥰 There is also a kitchen with all amentities (pans,fridge etc) where you can cook and enjoy your meal on the veranda or seats upstairs- the views are amazing at all times of day. The location is brilliant, just above Old Town and a walk away from the strip. Thank you so much and would love to stay again in the near future!

There is no shower holder and no shelf to put your toiletry on it. You have to put on the floor or outside on the sink. But these are pretty easy problems to solve.
