Access by car is not easy but there are regular buses too. Several apartments, ours did not really have the sea view.

The apartment has an excellent location and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is well equipped, you can find restaurants and shops nearby, also the City Center of Kotor is close. We travelled by car, so it was easy access everywhere, but there is also a bus line that can get you around and it runs regularly

Wi-Fi is slow and sporadic, but it's possible the whole bay might have similar problems. Also, it might be good to unplug and enjoy the view! Quite a number of steps to climb with large luggage, but it's expected in old local houses, and the owners husband was kind enough to help us with that. This house is newly renovated with most amenities you expect.

The owner got a local guy, Anto, to take us directly from the patio right in front of the house to visit the Lady of the Rocks island and a tour of the Kotor Bay. His small fishing boat afforded us a leisure pace around the bay in a beautiful sunny day. Anto dropped us off at Perast, where we had the best grilled octopus in the entire trip. After lunch and a casual stroll through the little town, Anto picked us back up and ferried us back to the house patio. The view from our balcony was pretty amazing also, if you are too lazy to go down to the patio by the water. The owner was responsive and left some items we needed, such as garbage bags, on our door steps, while we were boating. I highly suggest this place, so long as you drive well through the meandering narrow in these small fishing villages. There is a bus system that stops in front of the house also to take you around the bay. Not sure if they have unlimited rides for a set fee. If so, that would be perfect to get off as one wishes, and check out all the pretty little towns and villages, and not have to worry about the difficult driving.

Excellent apartment. Exactly as on the picture, very clean and nice smell. Very well equipped. They even have folding chairs and beach umbrella. Less than a minute to the sea. You can catch a bus right in front of the apartment and travel to Kotor. Kotor is magically beautiful place. The hosts are nice, helpful and friendly people. Highly recommended!

It was a stunning new apartment, on the top floor with panoramic windows. The apartment has everything you need, very nice hosts are always in touch, so comfortable beds and pillows. Awesome view from the window, terrace, small but own beach right across the road (pebble beach, it is better to take swimming slippers, but we didn’t use it). We liked everything and will definitely return. But! Be careful if you are traveling by car, as the apartments are located in a beautiful place, it is difficult to reach them by a large or long car, the road is very narrow, it is almost impossible for two cars to pass each other (but the locals manage), on one side there is a sea on the other, there are houses, sometimes a city bus is in charge. This is not the fault of the owners and apartments! Its still awesome place!!! It’s just important to consider! We were traveling in a long car and it was difficult for us to get through. But the big plus is that the apartments have their own parking and the Kotor/Tivat bus past the apartments until late at night. The price/quality ratio is excellent! With a car through Tivat we got to Jaz beach in half an hour, to Budva in 40-46 minutes. The bus to Kotor goes 20 minutes directly from the gates of the apartment

you don't have many choices of markets and restaurants in this town generally.

the hosts are so kind, lovely, helpfull couple. the apartment was so clean and we found everything we needed. There was parking area everytime. Taking some drink at the balcony with lovely view was great. We were really happy in this apartment and felt at home.

Excellent apartment with sea view, there is a kitchen with everything you need. Everything is very clean, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, 15-20 minutes walk there is a grocery store. Gorgeous view around: the sea and the mountains. Birdsong in the morning. Very satisfied!

Just a suggestion for other guests: if you come from Croatia or Bosnia by car, take the ferry route. Don't drive all around the bay to get at the accommodation. Route is very small at times.

The only thing we needed that wasn't available was an electric kettle. Lots of stairs could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. Steep, exterior stairs 25+ to access the property which we not well lit at night. I did not know this when I booked.

Amazing views! The absolute highlight of this apartment are the beautiful views. Small and cosy with a balcony, it was sufficient for our two night stay. You would need a car or use the bus as its some distance from the Old Town. Restaurants and bars five minutes away.

The commute is a bit challenging but aside from that, everything else was smooth sailing.

Hosts were very accomodating and explained everything that I needed to know, suggested local places for me to check out. They were even kind enough to pick me up from the bus station when there was no bus available. The place itself was well kept and has a beautiful view of the bay.
