Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe apartment was reasonably big with a balcony. It feels like it could do with a lick of paint and accessories replaced like rusty bins/shower caddies, ripped plastic screens on the balcony. It was very clean when we arrived but no more cleaning while we were there. Perhaps it was a communication issue with the lady that looks after the property I'm not sure, we only had towels/sheets changed once in 12 days and no cleaning. We only really slept at the apartment so it was fine for us but if you like somewhere stylish and luxurious then this is not for you. Word of note if you have mobility issues ask not to have apartment 3 & 4 - the stairs were concrete, very uneven and precarious when carrying anything heavy up or down. A little more information in the apartment on the locality, things to do, where to go would have been helpful for those of us that don't know the area. The tourist office is also not very useful so google and lovely waiters will be your friends and source of information in Przno!
Location is why you would chose Milan's Apartments - about a 6 minute walk to a beautiful cove, a beach that's not overwhelmed even in August. Lovely family friendly restaurants and a couple of cafes. It's right next to a supermarket too. Taxis pass all the time, there is a bus to Budva which is cheap. Taxis are extortionate. Communication I must say with the owner on booking.com messenger was fast and friendly. Milan's is a simple place but perfectly located which worked for my family.

United StatesBalcony door was broken and every morning, we had flood in the kitchen area because of the rain.Cable TV wasn't working, the toilet bowl was broken and the water was running constantly Parking was free but chains & pols made everything difficult. .On the day of our departure, the host was rushing us to leave early because he had to clean the rooms for the next guest,it was 9:55am and check out was in 11am. Not a pleasant stay at Milan's

Perfect apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Excellent location within minutes walk of several stunning beaches to suit your needs weather you want quiet or more active. Bus stop to take you to Budva outside to get a look at a stunning old town or city if you need. Hosts were fantastic. Responsive and very nice. Perfect handover of keys. No issues.
