Everything is fine

The rooms are big and cozy. The breakfast was good and sufficient. All the staff were really friendly and nice. Sea view from the balcony. Nice pool area and sauna.

We loved the Hotel so really can’t fault as per the above comments. Karen and her husband were very helpful finding taxis and giving us advice too.

My sister and I stayed at Hotel Freiburg for 6 nights and we both enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were exceptional as nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with a vast array of cold and warm options. The waiters were very helpful and offered to make fresh omelettes too..It is a quiet location but most things are within walking distance. The owners and staff were very helpful arranging transport for us and all the reception staff were very polite. Really good value for money the accommodation was very spacious and had every amenity we needed for our stay. Swimming pool is on the top floor and we sat and chilled there for a few hours. We were very fortunate to have found this hotel as you would be hard pushed to have all the facilities and kindness from the staff from another hotel.

The restaurant was not great

The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked great. The staff were fantastic. I had booked an apartment nearby the night before my stay because I needed an extra night, and Hotel Freiburg was fully booked, but when I arrived the apartment was overbooked. I stopped by Hotel Freiburg to use their wifi, and one of the staff members offered to help me find a place to stay, and even offered a spare room in their house. I managed to find a place myself within walking distance, but the I was still grateful to have the option. Also, when I was leaving for the bus station, they were unable to get me a taxi, so he drove me to the station himself.

Nothing. It is near top of a hill but we had a car so this wasn’t an issue for us and a short walk to old town but uphill on way back.

Amazing hotel, great big buffet breakfast. Perfect pool and rooftop area. Comfortable beds and really friendly service from the staff and the owner. Prices for drinks were very good too. Good location 20min walk from the old town. We basically had the pool area to ourselves one day which was perfect :)

the room is spacious, everything is new. the rooftop pool is a nice place to.chill. the hosts are very friendly and nice. they did everything they can to ensure a nice stay. although there are some minor problems, i m confident that their place will be a great place to stay and i wish them the best with their business in the coming peak season.

The night shutters wouldn't close on one of the windows. It's a pretty steep walk back if you go anywhere on foot. However, you have everything you need at the hotel and a little grocery store for some drinks is pretty close.

The place is amazing, very very clean, rooms are very comfortable, the staff is always there for you, big thanks to Ema, she is a wonderful host! I highly recommend Lobby Freiburg, quiet and comfortable hotel, the food is delicious, swimming pool very clean, and the View of the ocean is mesmerizing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰 a lot of parking space and safety there is at highest level!

Fridge was broken / wardrobe door fell off its hinges on day one and the shower door was broken / ordered food twice from the restaurant and waited over an hour each time despite seeming empty / long walk down a steep hill to the old town / breakfast was disappointing / the chef only came at 3pm so you could never have lunch / were not allowed to have our own water bottles by the pool / pool wasn’t cleaned
