We had a Perfect stay. Really nice apartement with Everything You Need, friendly Hosts and the Best View. The Beaches are just 5 minutes away. We would defenitely come back!

This complex of apartments is located in a picturesque village with amazing view which combines mountains and sea. It is not far away from an excellent beach which is actually 5 minutes drive from the village. The hosts are very kind, helpful and generous. I would like to visit there again in the future, in the meantime recommending my friends to book there too.

It can be a bit challenging to get around if you don't have a car or motorcycle because the apartment is out of the town. Public transportation is very unreliable, so keep that in mind.

The hosts are very kind and welcoming. They keep the apartment building well-maintained and make sure you have everything you need, so I highly recommend Apartment Adriatika. Calm place with a great view. I mentioned the trouble with transportation below, and I have to say that the hosts eagerly helped me when I needed a ride back to the bus station on the last day and on the first arrival to the apartment.

The parking lot(this is only personal reference hence i am with motorcycle aside that for a car it's perfect and huge with decent shed)

If you do not have a car, it is a little far from the city of Budva. But Olga is very helpful in this regard. If you contact the facility, they will help you with transportation. Other than that everything was perfect.

Alla and Olga are really helpful and kind people. I was able to ask them anything that was on my mind during my stay. The room had everything. They even put insecticide. Kitchen supplies were sufficient for cooking. Although the location is far from budva, it was a great place to be in seclusion with sea and mountain views.

A beautyful place on an excellent, silent location with a wonderful view from the balcony. Budva, Kotor and a few beaches are just a 15 mins ride away. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. We had a really great time here and are considering to return one day. Highly recommended, a real treasure!

Alla and her husband Oleg are very kind welcoming people who explained me everything, how to get everywhere, also they showed me around and took to the sea side by car. I felt like I was visiting my relatives. Really a very nice experience in a very peaceful place with a view to the sea which I can totally recommend! Big thanks!

beach a bit far but worth the beautiful view from accomodation. anyway all are using cars to go to beach.

Amazing beautiful accomodation.Very good communication with host,nice people as owner of property. we have absolutely everything , very large balcony with duble view mountain and sea, parking place , small kitchen very well dotated, tv ,wifi, air conditioner. I really recommend this place, i will come back with first occasion.

For comfortable staying in the Apartments one DEFINITELY NEEDS A CAR.

Stay in the mountains, fresh air, hospitable hosts, clean rooms with everything you need, calm neighbors, the wonderful Ploče beach a few kilometers away.
