We stayed in the large family cabin. The kitchen wasn't equiped almost at all, so you totaly depend on their meals (not included). At least a kettle could be very nice.

Unfogettable location, very unique! Nice and generouse meals. Sonja was very helpful, helped us with all we needed.

The main issue is that the bed was not comfortable. Also it is located out of town and the road is not well maintained so it is hard to get out and come back

The view is magnificent. You are in the middle of the national park with mountains all around. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. The house was clean. The food is good and was prepared just for us

Relatively few flat spots to pitch a tent.

The rooms and facilities are really clean, the location looks beautiful, people are very friendly and really important, (especially after walking for a few days) the food is delicious. We stayed in a cabin for 2 persons before walking the Tour of the Balkans, and decided to come back when we were done. Unfortunately, all cabins were booked, but we could pitch our tent. (This could be the only minus point, as there are few flat spots to pitch a tent) One day later, there was a cabin available again, so we decided to extend our stay.

The ethno village is phenomenal, much better than I expected. The staff is friendly, the food they prepare has a special taste, don't miss their veal as well as kačamak. Perfect for enjoying with the family.

beware of the big stairs, you have to watch your feet. The way to the camping is very steep.

Our only regret is that we didn't stay there long enough. We wished we had books 3 nights instead of 2!

We are so lucky to have found Gradine during our stay in the Prokletije mountains. After a short ride on a bumpy road ( definitely doable with a rental car), you will reach a beautifully arranged Camp with several chalets in the middle of the mountains. The views overlooking the mountains are breath taking and you will definitely be able to reconnect with nature again ( wifi works really well in case you want to stay connected!). We rented the biggest chalet and were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, comfortable, great bathroom, huge upstairs bedroom and great bedding. The place stays fresh and you will have no issues sleeping at night with your windows open as it gets quite cold, even in the middle of July. We ate there ( dinner and breakfast) and absolutely loved the food. Huge portions which were deliciously prepared. We even asked for Kacamak one evening and our host kindly agreed to make some especially for us. It was so good! It is easy to get to the Prokletije national park and you will find amazing hikes there. Hrid lake is also right next door.

Terrible roads in the region

From our point of view, this is the best place in the region. I must say that the region is not rich in quality accommodation, and even more so we were glad to find this place.

The camp is beautiful with gorgeous views, right at the entrance to the National park. The accommodation is very tidy, as are the toilets. There’s also plenty of room for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee etc. The star of the show is definitely the food - they only have a couple of dishes but they’ve brought the recipes to perfection. Make sure to try the veal in kajmak. Finally, the incredible hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome are the reason we’ll make sure to come back to the camp.

Super location in the hills not far from Plav or the Peaks of the Balkans trail. The camp is beautifully crafted from timber and has a rustic but well looked after feel. The meals are excellent as is the family service who work hard and look after you well.

Amazing hospitality, the woman who looked after us was an amazing cook and drive up and down the hill to cook breakfast and dinner for us! Accomodation was warm and comfortable, we felt very at home. The cat was so friendly and I’d your a cat person you’ll love her. ☺️

Beautiful. Friendly staff. Immaculate chalet. Wonderful views of the valley. Very pretty surroundings, lovely restaurant and grounds well looked after with flowers, covered seating areas and generally relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely lovely family-run place, in a tranquil location right in the Prokletje park. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy. The food was great, we got a chance to try several local dishes (kopriva soup was especially memorable!). But above all, the hosts were exceptional. We felt at home.
