Nothing to complain about other than underground car park is very tight to get in and out of even with a Fiat 500s

Excellent hotel, room very nice and the food was amazing at a very reasonable price, would recommend a stay for a city break :)

The road to the hotel is narrow (though not so crowded), and it's a little difficult to find the hotel (note that the name on the hotel is "Una", and not "Buldero"). Breakfast starts at 8:30 - we wish it was sooner, but not a deal breaker.

This is a modern hotel with nice and comfortable rooms. The hostess, Dilana (I hope I spelled it right), is a charming, friendly and helping young woman, that helped us a lot and gave perfect service. The hotel has car parking, it is located quite close to the beach and the center of the city. There are restaurants, supermarket and gas station just near by. The old city of Budva is about 1.5 km of fun walk along the beach and marina. The breakfast is good.

They only take cash which is great but they didn’t tell me till the day before checkout so had to take more cash out atm. Advertising breakfast included but then after having it charged me and said it wasn’t Also says it has spa facilities but doesn’t

Name on building not as in booking due to recent name change meant it was a little difficult to find! It’s a good walk to Old Town (25 mins for us) but wouldn’t be an issue for those preferring the closer bars restaurants that line the route.

Everything was wonderful. Staff is so nice and friendly. Location of the property is wonderful, 5 mins walk to beach. Private parking place is available. Rooms are clean and fancy.

Very good hotel! The owner was very kind and hospitable, ready for anything we might need, as well as the rest of the staff. The hotel is in the center of the city, 15 minutes by foot to Budva Old Town. The room was new, beautiful and with all the basic things you might need. Extra bonus, they had Rituals shampoo, conditioner and body lotions! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the breakfast because we couldn't catch it, but I'm sure it's something satisfying, especially for the value you pay in total. They also had parking spot. I would recommend this place 10/10.

Was pleasantly surprised how beautifully designed this hotel was. Super modern and spacious. Staff are SUPER friendly and are consistently around for anything needed. Great location and only a 15 minute walk to the marina and old town.

Thanks to Bulut and his team for the welcoming ! The hotel is wonderful, very clean and brand new ! The place is quite crowded because very close from the Budva Center, but it's very calm at the hotel, and if needed someone at the hotel can help you to find a parking space, that was the case for us. We only stay 2 nights but recommend a lot !

Budva is very crowded in this period,the trafic is terrible. There was a good coffeemachine in the room, but no coffeepads. Strange that you have to pay extra for the coffee at breakfast. Like almost everywhere in Budva, you have to pay cash. When we didn’t pay at arrival ( not enough cash) they sent us a message the second day that we needed to pay. It gave us the feeling that they didn’t trust us.

Nice, new and modern boutique hotel. The staff tried to be helpful.’ The breakfast was good en enough, despite all the negative critics A good advice for visiting the beaches: the beach with view on Sveti Stefan is much more beautiful and more quiet than Mogren Beach. ( advice from a nice lady of Sweet dreams in old Budva.. try the cake there)

If we went again we would have probably liked to be a bit closer to old town. The walk from here is about 20 minutes

Meant to write this review sooner but didn’t get round to it. The staff here were SO lovely - in particular a woman and a man whose names we sadly didn’t get but they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Hopefully they see this and know who they are! Thank you for making our stay so special. The apartment was lovely and clean and the hallways smelt incredible! Amazing value.

The location was closer to 30 minute walk to the old town, which is definitely the hot spot, but close to the beaches and boats. It would have been helpful to know beforehand about paying cash and exactly how much.

It was a lovely property with comfortable beds and great facilities, especially loved the balcony. It was close to the beach and the boats to Hawaii. Staff were so lovely.
