This was the most incredible place to stay, the room was gorgeous the sunrise views were stunning 😍 the staff member that checked me in was amazing. Honestly this place was a complete dream. The bed was comfortable the shower was great, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful property. Yes there is a few stairs if you want a room with a view but not enough to make it a problem as other people have said in reviews. If I ever return I will be staying here again

The accommodation was in the heart of the Old City in Ulcinj and it was overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It was spacious, clean and modern. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable. We had a free upgrade and we were extremely satisfied with our stay in this beautiful property!

Friendly people with a nice accomodation. We had a room for 2 persons for less than €50 per night and it had everything we needed. Also the restaurant staff are really friendly!

Fantastic Stay in Old Town This hotel is perfectly located just 100 meters from the beach, offering amazing views. The rooms are cozy and well-designed, capturing the charm of Old Town. The on-site restaurant, Dulcinea, is a must-visit—great food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Apartment has a strong smell of leaking LPG gas which persisted even after owner told me it had been addressed. Shower faces into living roim with clear glass so privacy was missing. Be perpared for lots of stairs and uneven streets in Old Town.

- not a negative one, but something to consider: the hotel is in old town which is up the hill (more or less 5mins away from the parking) and might be difficult for those on wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggages. The hotel offers luggage pick up assitance though.

- very friendly and helpful staff - fast wifi - charming location with sea view, very near the nicest restaurants in old town as well as the bars - the restaurant dulcinea owned by the same family also serves nice food. The view was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The beautiful views from our room and the restaurant terraces. The food was great. Location, although there are a lot of steps, the beach is close by and small shops within easy reach.

I dinned at Dulcinea last October to end my 2023 summer season and decided to open the 2024 summer season by staying here. Great location, amazing view, awesome food, and very welcoming hosts with a great sense of humor. Will come again, and who knows, maybe as a married couple this time (inside joke with the owner).

The old town is a maze! Parking is quite far away but they plan to get a motorbike soon to help carry luggage to the property. Had the basic amenities but they’re still renovating so some fixtures still have to be mended (like soap dispensers etc).

The owner (Armend) was lovely and gave us a free upgrade. Watched the sunset from our private balcony which was stunning. Clean property.

Host was really welcoming and offered us with home made dates, welcomed us from entrance and showed us around. Got also free room upgrades! Clean and spacious rooms with great facilities, great value for money! Thankful for stay and really impressed with breathtaking view. Would recommend for everyone!

We came here as 3 couples. All of us were very happy to stay here. Owners were very attentive and friendly. Especially the food was very good. We ate amazing fish for dinnet. Squid was legendary. Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. You should definitely stay here when you come to Ulcinj.
