We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPaying for parking Confusion of arriving in hire car Wasn’t clear this was mostly rental properties rather than hotel guests and there was a large, wealthy Russian population at the resort, which we weren’t anticipating. Infinity pool was closed for one day of our stay. Kept awake by private party being held above us in the hotel one night.

United StatesThe shower head in the BATHTUB did not work, we had to get into shower after the bubble bath, the air conditioning turned on but, at 3 am I had woken up sweating, so the a/c was not actually working.. :( we had asked for an allergy pill for diary allergies and we were unable to get one from the facility.. there were no coffe cups for our coffee capsules that were provided to us 😰 Also, we had smelt cigarette smoke coming into our room from our neighbors. We understand some things are uncontrollable but we had to close the balcony door, and the a/c wasn’t working at all, so it was very hot and uncomfortable from 9pm to 3 am from when I opened the door from waking up I am not complaining but just letting you know what was asked…

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have had an onsite bar for the evening given that the location of the hotel is a bit out of the away but it's a minor point.
A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant for dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Taxi boat over to the old town and the golf carts around the property were very much needed. If you like to be away from all the hustle and bustle and noise then this is the perfect location.

LithuaniaThe complex is set on the hill, so its constant incline and stairs. However, the golf carts are for guests use.
Its outstanding property between Budva and Becici. The complex is like separate village with several private beaches, restaurants and other facilities. we were staying in the apartment, which was just perfect with all you might need. The breakfast was served at main restaurant and was perfectly enough for us (eggs, bowls, pancakes from menu and fruits, veggies, cold cuts, pastries from buffet). The level of service and overall is true European 5* with attention to details.
