We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is great - the hotel is located on the first line, literally in front of the city beach. The room was stylish and comfortable, the balcony sea view was amazing. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was polite and helpful

RomaniaThe atmosphere after 23:00 is a little creepy outside the hotel. My wife was asked how much she wants for a night from 2 different people and there were a lot of beggars. The parking spots are also limited. I had to move the car in the morning because there was some construction going on downstairs.
Great View and the waiter Nikola had the best vibe in Montenegro. The rooms are spacious and there is also a small playground at the first floor restaurant

Note: This area of Ulcinj (Small beach) ROCKS at night...I think that every accommodation anywhere in small beach will hear it. Plan on staying up late! This comment is about the entire area, NOT specific to this hotel.

Of course the location, right on the beachfront. Professional and helpful staff. Enormous family room for one. Beautiful view from the balcony.

RomaniaThey don't have a parking place. This fact is mentioned on booking, but if you want to come with the car after 8 PM the police won't let you enter the area. The hotel should have an agreement with the local police to let you enter! Or otherwise where should you leave your car? The breakfast is not buffet, but menu style. For a so called 4 star hotel this is unacceptable. They don't even have all the things specified in the menu. The juice is awfull, coffee is awful, I think the lowest they could get. The options in the menu are very few and the food is scarce. In the room there were no glasses. During the evening and deep into the night there is a lot of noise and loud music from the bars around, there is no way to sleep until 2 or 3 a.m. The A.C works very slow, it you put it to cool on maximum level you hardly feel the coolness. The elevator moves so so slow, you can hardly use it. This hotel no way is a 4 star hotel, this is a big lie! Only the price is for a 4 star horel but the conditions hardly get those of a 2 star hotel. The worst ratio price/quality I ever experienced on hotels booked using booking app. This is a hotel everybody should avoid!

KuwaitThere is no parking, there is a water outage, and the road is blocked and does not allow cars to pass, which causes me to park my car in a paid parking lot that is far away. There is also a problem with the receptionist, who is not present in the office very often.

United States-we got sick from ground floor restaurant rotten food -no blankets in the room. -we had to switch 3 rooms because of lack of availability which was not told to me until after we booked. We paid for a 4 person room then were charged $20 per person . I accidentally put 2 people on booking but still paid for a 4 person room. They then charged me $20 per extra 2 people that I didn’t put on the booking. They tried to ask me to pay in cash, sketchy. -very expensive and not what we were expecting
Staff communicated professionally. They cleaned our room nicely. The hotel was in the center so convenient.

Property is located in the heart of Ulcin. Breathtaking view of the sea. Walking distance to the car parking. We stayed 2 different times on March and April 2024 in this outstanding hotel with my dad while visiting from Florida, US. Staff is absolutely welcoming and provides extraordinary service. Food is delicious. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfy, rooms service super fast.
