We did not like that passports are taken away until you pay for the room, and we only realized that later when we saw we never got the passports back after check-in. The reception never said anything to us about the policy, we found out only after we asked for our passports. Despite the room being very spacious, we only had 1 small trash bin, which was located next to toilet, and not a single hook in the bathroom where we could hang bath robes. Just an addition of a few hooks in the room, in the bathroom and one additional trash bin would really change the experience, in our opinion.

The location is close to a supermarket, there is plenty of parking space, and if you're in an apartment side of the building, everything is super new. We were able to swim in the pool and sauna for free, which was incredibly nice.

The breakfast was pretty diverse, but not very tasty. Tne water in the pool was too cold for me.

Because it was off season, we were upgraded to a hotel room and it was great. The room was pretty fancy, big, the view was ok. We got a free welcome drink each, we chose wine. It is really nice that it has sauna and a pool.

Lift has only one 'down' button, so we had to wait and go down (because of other calls) and only then go up. Also we expected some free water in the room, but there was no water and tea/coffee in the room.

Hotel is in a walking distance from central bus station, has food and clothes markets nearby. It was easy to check-in and communicate with staff, also we received a greeting drink. The room was nice, clean and spacious, with all bath accessories. Spa zone is not large, yet we were almost alone there and had a good time. Breakfast is quite various and good. Though there's a building area nearby, it was not noisy and disturbing in the room.

Wellness was very small and there were some people sitting there for hours, sometimes days, taking away space from us There should be sauna rules clearly stating that it should be quiet place as apparently some are unaware, maybe also some booking system. i was very disappointed that I didn’t even get to enjoy wellness during my entire stay there because i had no place to lie down.

At first we were given a unclean room, with no necessary accessories such as bedside electrical outlets and bedside lamps a soap dispenser in the shower room a very torn bathrobe and more and more. But the next day I asked to move room, I was transferred to a stunning large, beautiful and clean room. We really liked the second room we got.

There were many construction sites near the hotel which made the neighbourhood not so lovely.

Hotel stuff was very nice and friendly, really helpful. We got a very luxurious room with sea view at a reasonable price. Parking in the hotel garage was really comfortable. Beach was close to the hotel, we could go swimming in the morning, walking to the beach took only 5 minutes. Everything in this hotel was made really vomfortable and easy to access. There was an indoor pool and sauna that we could use in the evening, it was open until 21 and it was really nice to have such opportunity.
