Place is a bit further than the center and only reachable by car. It wasn't a issue for us anyway :)

A lot of stairs to our room , but it was worth it for the view over the other rooftops ti the fabulous bay.

Great view of bay from apartment balcony and roof top terrace. Swimming just across the road . Secure off street parking. Walkable to several restaurants , our favourite was Mademoiselle . Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

If you don't have car, notice it is quite far from Kotor, but there are buses. Something to change is the lighting in the apartment - lack of atmosphere (strong light not easy to relax)

the view - spectacular, rooftop - great place to chill, nice parking spot, good localization - close to shops, restaurants, very nice owner, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, fine equipped apartment

Nothing - it was our best stay in Montenegro

The most amazing thing about the place is the view - we had a room located on the top floor, so we could saw the bay with mountains behind. The location is great - the building stands in a beautiful garden in Prancj, so it’s not that hectic as Kotor. All the amenities needed were there, also a much needed parking spot. The owners were helpful and nice

Property was amazing, clean, spacious and what was best - next to the sea. Stunning views from the appartment. Hosts are kind and friendly, they gave us lots of tips for exploring the area and made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. We felt like locals thanks to them. This is def a place to unwind and reset. Will be back for sure.

The bathroom was pretty cramped, although the shower was spacious enough. Oh, and all the knives in the kitchen were blunt ;) And there was not much storage space for the clothes.

Location was perfect, the flat was bright with a fantastic view. Terrace on the roof was amazing! And you could rent a paddle board from the owner much much cheaper than the other rental places.

Everything amazing

Amazing place, right in the middle between kotor and Tivat, there is access to the beach right in front of the apartment. The hostess is very nice and available for anything. Beautiful room and amazing roof. recommended!

I wish we had flyscreens on Windows as mosquitoes were biting us so we must shut the doors at all times and use A/C. Also next door the house has three dogs. They bark and bark and bark most times! Even sometimes at 4am!!! This is not appartment ivanovic fault but I think people need to know it is very noisy sometimes.

Our host was fabulous! We originally booked a studio appartment but considering our stay was for two weeks our host upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment. Thank you so much! All facilities were great and the upstairs terrace is wonderful. The beach is directly over the road and a mini market is right next door. The local bus to Kotor old town is directly down stairs also. Our host gave us some wine, Apple strudel and homemade Raki also.

All it was above our expectations! The location is very nice, confortable and very well equiped , we found all that we needed as in our own home, the sea at max 25 m, parking for everybody, nice gardens. Dragana and her family are helpfull and they really care about their guests. We had cold water and orange fruit into the fridge, fruits on the table and, one day, Dragana cooked for us very tasty cookies.
