It is already the second time that I stay at this property. The place has magical and peaceful views and the hosts are lovely. Definite recommend !

We had a great time there especially thanks to the host - Ivo :) We had an amazing dinner with homemade wine and great conversations with the owner. Besides that, the place is located in a beautiful surrounfings, we could see that there was a lot of heart put into building this house. Rooms were very comfy, clean and smelled like fresh loundry. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and hospitality of the whole family running the place. Strongly recommend! If we ever come back to Montenegro, we will stay there again for sure.! :)

We couldn't open the window, I think it was broken.

The building is located in the very small village in the mountains, about 7 kms from Szkoderskie Lake. The road to the bulding is paved. but narrow. However, there are places to pass the other cars. The owners are very nice, helpful and speak English. You can get very tasty and big breakfast for 7 EUR. The owners produce and sell wines, but they also had a few bottles of bier for sale. A lot of free parking places in front of the building. There is very pleasant and calm atmosphere. Towels were very thick and nice. Good Wi-Fi. We loved this place!

Great place to spend few days next to Skadar lake but out of the town to experience the surroundings and taste homemade wine of Ibo. He and his family run this stone house, they were very pleasant from the beginning. They cook big and tasty food.

This was the best value stay I had in Montenegro. Wonderful friendly hosts who speak good English and answered all my questions. I had dinner both evenings and the food was plentiful and amazing! Equally as good was the wine produced on the premises. The location is set in the beautiful countryside with amazing views about 7km from Virpazar. This was not a problem for me as I had a car and would much rather stay in a quiet area than in town. My room was very comfortable, good air con, lovely bed, great wifi etc. I spent my whole day out on the lake and in Bar and then enjoyed the evenings in the apartment. If you want to stay with a local family enjoying authentic food and great wine I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely family. Jelena had excellent English and messaged back fast. Happy for us to appear at any time. Made us very welcome with a cup of tea when we arrived. Had a delicious home cooked and much home grown dinner with superb wine from their vineyard. A lovely dining room for dinner followed by an excellent breakfast again with homemade jams. We turned down omelettes as we had so much already but I’m sure they would have been good! Definitely have dinner there as so good and I wouldn’t be so keen to do the drive in the dark! Very hospitable- we felt very welcome. Such a clean bedroom and bathroom. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely nothing! Only thing to note is the roads around this area are very narrow, so just be aware if you're not used to this type of driving :D

Our stay with Jelena and Ivo was the highlight of our trip. The property and location are stunning and the family are so welcoming. Total peace and tranquility with breathtaking views. Such generous hosts, serving you homemade and local produce including delicious jams and perfect red wine. It was great to meet other guests and share a dinner together.
