IsraelIt wasn't very clear from the description that the kitchen and terrace are shared and not part of an "apartment", also, worth adding that the apartment is just a room.
Amazing location with parking 10 minutes away from Kotor old city by foot. The room was decently sized, with a small private terrace and a shower that was well stocked with toiletries. The shared terrace and kitchenette are quite nice. There was also a minifridge and coffee packets in the room.

TurkeyThe best accommodation experience abroad. They were extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable. The room is very clean, there are all kinds of disposable items you might need. With its location right in front of Kotor beach, the old town is within walking distance. We stayed here for 7 days, rented a car for 4 days and visited other cities in Montenegro. You can get information about boat tours, places to visit, in short, everything. We felt like at home. Thank you again for your pleasant conversations and hospitality.

TurkeyIt was all so perfect. The location is very good. It is located right next to the beach and very close to the Kotor Old Town. Actually, it's very close to everywhere we want to go. We only needed a taxi to get to the airport. Our room was large and very clean. The view was perfect. It has a balcony and so nice terrace. We could use the terrace whenever we wanted. Also the kitchen had everything we needed. Jelena, the owner of Apartmani F&M, helped us in everything. Thanks to her advice, we had a very nice holiday. I would like to thank you to Jelena and her family 🙏🏻 To anyone thinking of going Kotor, I would definetely recommend this hotel. I will absolutely stay there again next summer holiday.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The young lady meeting us from the beginning of our stay was very kind and helpful. The location is 5 mins walk away from the old town. Kotor beach across the road of the place and you can find restaurants and cafes nearby. Our rooms has a balcony with sea view and I wish I had spent whole my vacation there. The room was very clean and they thought every detail. If I visit Kotor again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you for this spectacular experience.

SwitzerlandWhat a great location, the owner and his hole family is so friendly and welcoming you feel like visiting your own family. You can walk to the beach in just one minute and it is not even 10 minutes walking to the old town of Kotor. There is a terrace with a small kitchenette for everyone to use. I also could do my laundry which was really helpful since I travel a couple of weeks. There are also a few parking spots available.. Restaurants are close by and 2 grocery stores in 5min walking distance. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to visit Kotor.
