Great location nice 20 min walk to kotor old town around the bay, pool overlooking the bay. Zeljko provided lots of information before and on arrival with restaurants/useful info. Was always available if we had any questions. Would definitely return!

View was great. Very roomy and kitchen with stove and oven allowed us to do some cooking. Pool area is beautiful. Host helped us arrange a boat tour and offered to help with anything else we needed. We parked our car and walked to town several times. Bakery and market nearby were good.

The pool was pretty cold but you got used to it! That's the only downside, which wasn't a big problem. The path up to the apartment was very steep so would be difficult if you had mobility issues but not a problem for us.

The apartment was good, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The view is absolutely incredible! Location was great as a 10-15min walk to the old town. It was nice to be a little bit away as it was quiet and you get the view of the town! loved sitting by the pool, with the fantastic view. Very peaceful and relaxing

The property was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped - but the real selling point is the balcony, which offered a beautiful view of Kotor old town and the bay, framed by the surrounding mountains. We were slightly unlucky with the weather, with one day bringing lots of rain in the morning, and even then it was great to watch the clouds over the bay and little waterfalls emerging in the mountains. All a relatively short walk from the amenities in Kotor.

The walk to Kotor old town was about 15 mins

The apartment is stunning. Beautifully modern, and an incredible view from the balcony. It was extremely clean and the host was great. He even let us keep our bags downstairs and helped us with taxis.

What a great location 😍 Loved the view from our apartment and from the swimming pool. The room wasn't big but sufficient enough and beautifully decorated. The host was just an what's app away and they did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant as possible. Just a short steep walk up to the room and close enough to the old town and restaurants

Little bit more kitchen equipment (toaster, bread knife, bread board). But these are only minor issues and did not effect the quality of the holiday.

View from the property was amazing. Location was ideal. In a quiet area but close enough to walk to the old town. Plenty of facilities within walking distance. Would very much want to return in the future.

It was really easy to check in to the property. Our host welcomed us, gave us tonnes of recommendations and was helpful throughout our stay. We felt at ease knowing he was around if we ever needed him. He went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. He also organised a boat day for us which was great fun! The apartment itself is clean and well equipped. It is about a 10/15 minute walk into Kotor old town where there is also a supermarket. The pool area is brand new and had an amazing view. It was never too busy!

Would have liked a few more hooks/hangers in the apartment. Heavier curtains to block out the morning sun. A sharper bread knife and chopping board. Didn’t see an iron, but I’m sure Zeljko would have found one for us if we asked.

Spotlessly clean apartment with superb views across to Kotor old town. Good air conditioning and WiFi. Very large comfy bed, great large shower. Handy kitchen area. Amazing immaculate pool area which never got too busy even though all of the apartments were fully booked. Everything was neat as a pin and just like the pictures. Zeljko was easily available if we needed anything.

Our host Zeljko was amazing! So helpful! He picked us up from the airport at 1 AM because our plane was 6 hours late. And he helped immediately with medicine when one of us got sick. Also, the view from our balcony was fantastic and the pool area is very nice and clean. The balcony has shadow during late afternoon and evening which makes it useful even when it is hot and sunny. Zeljko and his family runs the place with a total of 8 apartments. We stayed in a big apartment with two separate bedroom and beautiful view of the Kotor bay.

Zeljko’s place was perfect for our stay in Kotor. Location was great. Far enough away from old town to feel peaceful but still only a quick 15/20min into the centre for dinner/exploring if needed. The views over the bay and the amazing pool especially made this stay special. We stayed for 3 nights and appreciated the well equipped kitchen to cook our dinners, parking availability at the location and having the washing machine was also a bonus. This would be a great place to stay if you are in kotor for a number of days. Lastly, Zeljko’s communication with us was fantastic. Really appreciated the fact that he organised dinner and boat tour reservations for us and was so easy to get a hold of. Thank you!
