Jets in bath needed to be cleaned turned them on and some dead spiders came out but the bath was nice even without them

The Restaurant MOME does not take American Express credit cards. Server kept trying and told me my credit card was not good (embarrassing)! I finally looked at the menu and Amex is not accepted. No apology was given! Staff should be told what the acceptable forms of payment are before potentially embarrassing patrons (like me). Neighboring tables, unfortunately, witnessed my predicament.

coffee facilities in the room could be better, (2 coffee pods only and no milk) and room turn down service could be better to replace used coffee cups and refresh face cloths - but other than that, we had nothing to complain about at all!

location, staff and view were outstanding. Incredible value for money. Huge room over looking the super yachts and racetrack. WOW! walking distance to everywhere as its right in the middle of town.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was super nice and friendly and the breakfast amazing with a great view . We have to highlight the receptionist Tim, which was extremely professional and helpful, and was able to give us an upgraded room a bit earlier than the check in time. Thank you

Air con was slightly noisy, sounded like the fan was vibrating on something metal, it wouldn't put me off coming again though.

Very nice location and hotel. Rooms where nice and spacious, With great views of the harbour. We would definitely visit again

Very pricey but to be expected with the location. Unfortunately, when we were there, they were setting up for the Grand Prix so there was scaffolding, fencing and general disruption everywhere.

Location although we had to ask for a room on a higher floor, having booked a Harbour view room, because all we could see was into the large, luxurious boats tied up across the road! Nice hotel

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast buffet The hot food ie sausage bacon and scrambled egg were lukewarm and not very enjoyable Toast would have been nice as there was sliced bread but no toaster The coffee and tea we had to ask for another cup would have been better to get your own as and when you wanted instead of having to wait for the staff to serve you

Location is theeee best in Monaco. Staff exceptionally professional and courteous; all very helpful. From the concierge to the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping. Well impressed. Slick and classy decor. Suite was BEAUTIFUL.

Breakfast still quite bad in my opinion. Lacking variety (no veggies for example).

Great staff. Super nice and helpful. Especially the vallets, Tim from Reception and Mr Enzo in the reception cafe (very professional). Great location by the port + port view. Cleaning was satisfying. Spacy rooms. Great value for money.
