We arrived in the night and the House Manager was there to welcome us. He showed us around then took us to our room. Omar was always helpful and readily available for answer your questions. Oh Mustapha the house keeper thank you for the amazing breakfast 😊 and all you did. I would always choose this accommodation over and over again. Thank you Marakesh

I hoped l would have gotten the double bed instead of the small beds, which did not look like single beds

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was perfect and I would 1000 percent visit again and also recommend others to visit this property, due to its high standards and overall professionalism.

Essay incoming, so please forgive me in advanced. I booked to stay at Villa Boutique Amani for four days as part of a surprise trip to celebrate my mums birthday. Upon booking, I viewed many properties but this one stood out and also had a 10 star rating, which is very impressive and not common on booking.com. I contacted the property with a few question and request and they responded very quickly. I asked if a cake and flowers could be provided for my mum on her birthday and they made arrangements, as well as my request for a Hammam /spa massage. Upon arrival I was greeted by Omar and Eunice who were very welcoming and helpful. Straight away you feel a kind and welcoming energy and that was great as it helped me to feel at ease. We were hungry and asked re the local restaurants, as it was a little late and our first time, Eunice dropped us to the local mall, so that we could get something to eat, which was unexpected and very kind of him as he didn’t have to. Throughout my entire stay, I felt comfortable and a huge sense of family orientated energy. Every morning breakfast was served by the lovely Mustafa, the fresh mint tea, orange juice and fig jam was the absolute best. It was my mums first time in Marrakesh as she doesn’t travel much, and I’ve never seen her so comfortable and relaxed and that made me extremely happy, and a huge part of that feeling of safety and comfortability was due to the caring and kind nature of Omar especially. When staying at the Villa you literally want for nothing as Omar is constantly ensuring that you are ok and have everything you need, Omar’s interaction was first class and a true example of exceptional customer service. I was really happy to have met Eunice, as he’s the man behind the Villa and it’s open plan/family orientated concept. Even though there were other people staying at the Villa, it’s always felt pleasant & friendly and inclusive, which was wonderful.

The peacefulness of being on the outskirts of Marrakech. The ease of parking. The modern decor and open plan space. The friendly and accommodating hosts. The size of the rooms were very spacious. Meeting other travelers and sharing breakfast together.

The location is great, not far from many attractions. But it may be hard to leave the villa once you get there. As soon as we arrived we were blown away by the level of hospitality. All the staff we met were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were a good time and had everything we needed. The villa is beautiful, the rooms spacious, clean and with their own bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. The rooftop views are stunning.

NB: The rooms through Booking app are in the basement with a shared bathroom. 50MAD cab ride outside of the city. In the middle of a construction zone.

Brand new boutique hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech. More like a shared room in a house than a hotel. Omar is a lovely host, very helpful. Best wifi we had in Morocco. Great breakfast.
