Location is convenient, near to the center and train stations. The room is clean and comfortable, with a flexibility of accommodation enabled by the large sofa bed. Breakfast is great with a variety of choices. Service is good, quick response on request.

A suite with a microwave, tea and coffee machines , large fridge freezer, sink, but no plates or cutlery other than two cups and small spoons . One bath and hand towel plus one dressing gown. Had to telephone reception, then housekeeping, then catering to be given 1 side plate and one knife and fork. Plus, another set of towels and bathrobe. The serious part being the waiters quandary in our actually wanting two of each and having to come back with another plate, apologies for not being able to extend the issuing of bowls or spoons, at least we now had a knife and fork each and able to choose between us who got to use the big or small side plate. Breakfast was continental, the choice of warm, not hot food simple fare. The tea/coffee machine each day ran out of milk with no attempt at refilling it. The staff politely went for some warm milk in a cup, which involved catching ones eye and another ten minute wait. asking each day was a chore that we gave up on. The maitre 'de politely listening and smiling but actually doing nothing. This all sounds rather petty but in spite of their friendly smiles, they were empty smiles.

Clean,comfortable, friendly staff. Fantastic views from the 9th floor. Close to the tram stop to the station and the old town and markets.

Too much gold colours everywhere. From one side it looked like a gipsy place, but on the other hand, it is a matter of taste.

Service was amazing. People, who was working there were more than helpful to our questions and requests. They even brought our car from the parking spot, loaded our luggage in.

The rooftop bar was closed and there wasn't anywhere close by to relax and get a drink.

Great location, tram stop outside. ATM and shop to buy water just across the road. Staff happy to organise taxi transfers. Nothing is too much hassle. Clean beautiful suites.

Had a superb 2 night stay in Hotel Casa Diamond. Perfect for a short stay in Casablanca city. The rooms and decor was very clean and modern style. The highlight was the balcony view of Arab League Park and Casablanca. I recommend the Superior Privilege Suite Balcony room.

I wish the view looking at Sacré Coeur was better, but this is probably not related to the Diamond hotel itself. So it’s just like a stain on this very amazing hotel.

It was a little far from some of the main tourist spots.

It started out with a lost cellphone in the taxi we took. The staff went above and beyond to help us find it. They called a taxi, they translated, they helped us with Find my Phone. They were lifesavers. After we settled that, everytime we saw any of the staff they were super friendly and checked in with us. Anything we needed they were ready to help. The hotel itself, including breakfast, was great.
