I liked everything about my stay there.

It was very clean. Nice big spacious rooms. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. I would come back and stay here again. everyone was very accommodating and most could speak some English.

There are currently 2 hotels being constructed next door so expect noise from 8am onwards. The shower was leaking in one room so there could be better attention to detail. Although there are 3 lifts, only one was working unless there were tour groups and they were more busy.

Breakfast was average in general. Pastries and desserts were good. The half- board package was convenient although dinner needs more variety. The location is very handy because it is only 5 minutes from the shopping mall. I had a massage and this was nice enough. I had my baby with me and the staff were always happy to help us warm milk etc. which we greatly appreciated.

Staff could have been more friendlier. Forget to fulfil requests. No setting for AC in the room. Bedroom basin kept leaking, door key card constantly needed restring as couldn’t get into room.

Rooms are not really clean. For all hotel working just one elevator, sometimes have to wait about 10minutes… and the door card is not worked three times in 5 days.

Good location when traveling with taxi. Izolation of sounds are good.

First room was roadside & very noisy as balcony door didn’t shut tight. They swapped us to another room which was better. Spa showers were dirty.

Helpful staff. Easy taxi ride into the centre Close to airport Good breakfast. Nice room - comfy & large bed. Nice pool area.

There is a construction going on next to hotel. There is a lot of noise and the music to loud to fade in the construction noise and a lot of dust

Dirty corridors and cleannesses of the rooms was so poor, the moroccan salon in front of breakfast area needs to be washed.

The good think about this hotel is the staff they we’re amazing from the reception to the waiters to the floor supervisor.

Building works, cranes, etc. next to the hotel, and it was loud construction

Too much building works wasn't mentioned when booking. Very loud building works from the poolside room and around the pool, so they had to put the music on really loud around the pool.

Our 1st 2 family rooms had air con that did not work and it was so hot! The bidets had downward facing normal taps which are useless. Get proper upward facing taps!

The 2 nd room was nice which had working air con and was nicely decorated. Evening dinner is VERY good. I recommend half board! Customer relations staff called ossama sorted this and got us 2 new rooms with air con- much better. P.s the cinema room was great to watch Olympics in a cool room and the hammam and pool downstairs.

Only 2 small lifts which meant if you were on a higher floor you had no choice but to wait. The street noise was horrendous and I understand that’s not the hotels problem but better double glazing would stop the traffic noise which was all night from around 9pm- 3am. Air con wasn’t as good as expected but did the job.

Breakfast was amazing due to good variety and amples of space inside and outside the restaurant. Location was brilliant - short walk from Menara mall and not far from train station and McDonalds. Plenty of loungers around the pool at all times.

There was connstruction from morning when eating breakfast or the songs of the pool can be heaard from the room. But everything else is perfection

The propet has a touch of traditional architecture with aa biig pool. The room was very spacious so was the bathroom
