The room was lovely, the courtyard and pool were so relaxing after a day of touring, the roof is a beautiful spot for breakfast. The staff were so wonderful and accommodating. They arranged for a henna artist to come to the Riad for us, gave us great advice on what to see while we were in Marrakech, arranged a car service to take us to our next city, and generally made our time there so special. Thank you Adil, Brahim, and Elhoussain for an amazing experience!

Our stay was perfect! This riad is absolutely beautiful and the location is great, don't hesitate to book it :) The staff was lovely and a special thank you to Hossein that made us feel very welcome and helped us with everything we needed, the recommendations of places to visit and restaurants were all amazing and made our time in Marrakech even better :)

Excellent Riad with very friendly staff. Top location, with good food, comfortable rooms and exceptional hammam and spa services. It is kept very clean. I would definitely book here again.

We have just arrived home after a beautiful trip in Marroko starting at Riad Rafaele. Adil was really friendly and gave us good tips visiting Marrakech. Also Housinne was helpfull and friendly, all the staff let us feel at home at the riad.

We had high expectations of the Rhiad before we left, the photographs looked amazing but it exceeded them. It was beautifully furnished & the location was excellent. Our breakfast, on the roof terrace, was just what we needed, simple but freshly made & delicious. However, what made the stay for us, were the staff, all the ones we met were smiley & helpful, doing everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They could not have done more. We will certainly stay there again, if we return to Marrakech!

Nothing - the standard of everything is very high.

This property is out on a league of its own - excellent attention to detail and customer service. Every detail is thought of - a beautiful breakfast, fabulous bed linen and candles and diffusers burning throughout. We left in the middle of the night and the staff were so helpful, coming up to our room as soon as they heard our door click and walking us and our bags out to the taxi. I have stayed in many Riads in Marrakesh and this was by far the best.

Compared to other riads, I found the breakfast here to be a bit simple, although it was beautifully presented. I do wish there were more options and variations available.

I really adore the interior design of the Riad. It's super cosy and visually appealing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was served in such a lovely setting, and the staff were so well-trained and attentive. The Riad exudes a calm and tranquil atmosphere, like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling old town. It's truly a gem.

The welcome from the owners and staff members was excellent. Really enjoyed the evening meal on our arrival. They were so friendly, Hassan gave us great advice explaining the different areas of Marrakech and which Map App was the best to help us find our way around. Valerie and Thomas have created a wonderful Riad not only visually with great original design features but all senses were treated with the scent of orange blossom from the court yard trees and locally sourced scented oils. All this created a relaxed environment after a busy day walking through the Souks. Great breakfast, always served with a smile from Hassan and Adil. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Nothing I could think of!

An amazing place to stay in the busy medina, an oasis away from all the noise. In a great spot to walk to all the main attractions in the Marrakech Medina, and even to those outside, like the Jardin Marjorelle. Airport pick up service was great. Staff were all very friendly and could help with any question. Breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful. Highly recommend this Riad!

Our room on the ground floor had other guests passing by outside, persons enjoying the central courtyard, so can be a bit disturbing (music, chatter).

I might have missed it in the description but there were stairs to the sleeping area above which were difficult. The top step was much deeper so a worry when getting up at night for bathroom visit downstairs
