Great location although we did get lost the 1st time we left the Riad, welcoming friendly staff, quiet roof terrace with lovely variety of seating areas. Good room with comfy beds and plenty of hot water.

We have the room in the ground floor, next to the breakfast area so it was a bit noisy. But the rest was all good!

The hotel is really nice, the location is perfect. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was good, fresh and with variety of food I need to mention that the owner helped us with a problem with have with our tour, if he wasn’t there we would have lost our excursion. So thanks a lot to him!

Photos give the impression of bright and airy rooms when in fact, they are quite dark and enclosed. The bed in our room was crammed in and difficult to manoeuvre around. Our room was located on the ground floor and was.right beside reception, breakfast area and the kitchen. This meant there was no privacy and no chance of sleeping past 8 when breakfast service started. The staff kindly moved us to a room on the first floor at our request. The riad is a little tired looking and lacks atmosphere - a little like being in a library. Unfortunately during our stay there was extensive building work going on in 2 adjacent buildings which reverberated throughout the riad (particularly loud on the roof terrace). I understand that this is not the fault of the riad but a heads up would have been nice - there was no chance of relaxing. Also note that tourist tax is €3 per person per day, not €2.50 like it says on booking.com.

Location is great - minutes away from Jemaa al fna but away from the hustle and bustle.

Trying to find Road Linda on our arrival at Marrakesh. After 22.00 hrs the taxi dropped us off at the other side of the square and we were lost and open for the scammers to rip us off.

The staff were fantastic and the Riad nice and cool in the hot temperatures.

    The shower has no door.

This Riad is conveniently locared to visit the Medina. Although it is close to Jamaa el Fna square, it is very quiet and perfect to relax after the stress of the area. Linda, the owner, and Rachid, the person in charge, are friendly and helpful. Excellent Breakfast and nice terrace.

Would have liked a small table and chairs in the room. Kettle, tea, coffee and cups would have been nice.. Change in breakfast menu.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful especially Wadii. Gordon and Linda were lovely hosts. Rooftop was a nice place to chill. Taxis and tour guide organised by the hotel were excellent.

Nothing significant! There could be more power plugs to charge devices - I know this is an old riad and we absolutely managed with what was available, but be aware. If you have a car, do not try to navigate to the hotel - some apps may try to do that, but it is just impossible. We lost quite some time learning this… use one of the inexpensive parking lots around Jemaa el-Fnaa and walk to the hotel.

Perfect location to explore the Medina, all sights are within easy walking distance. Helpful and very kind staff, good breakfast, clean room. The whole place has a very authentic riad atmosphere, highly recommended.

Great value for money. "Riad" experience is rather unique and fantastic!

One particular moment that shocked us at first sight was the fact that you could hardly find the Riad (and majority of all the riads) by yourself, i.e. if not guided by the people who transport the luggage with 'ricksha' (paid service). The shock was actually the trajectory which leads through a total crowd, and then immediately the 'driver' turns in a small/narrow totally quiet street. We were passing through this narrow street for about 10 minutes until we reached the riad deep in the medina labyrinth, but surely felt fully insecure (despite knowing that Marrakech is considered quite safe). The days after was fully fine from this aspect and once shown, the Riad could be easily found again. Moreover, riad is not a hotel and visitors are advised to familiarize with the concept of riad before booking, and avoid it in case they strongly prefer a hotel. If not, the riad experience is rather unique and fantastic!

The Riad and its hosts are great, in every aspect. The location is in the lower part of the Marrakech Medina, which means that most of the sightseeing spots are accessible by walking, which for us was important because we felt Marrakech that way. The breakfast is truly Moroccan and the lady serving too kind. Internet was superb. It is definitely a value for money.

bed was uncomfortable, the shower and sink kept over flooding in seconds and shower was also very small. on the last day we urgently needed our boarding passes printed, but staff fobbed us off and weren’t much help at all.

it was a amazing location, in the medina. staff was very polite and helpful.

They have beautiful traditional doors, but unfortunately there was no sound insulation. There was an annoying Spanish couple who spoke loudly, and we didn't have a good night's sleep.

Good location, the breakfast was excellent, they changed the towels and organize the room daily, the host was very kind.

We point out three problems: the bed frame has springs and the mattress wobbles.  another issue is the lack of a map of the medina, which other riads provide.  Finally, there is a lack of guidance for those arriving by car or taxi, as there is no direct access to the riad.

we really liked the riad: beautiful, comfortable and with excellent service.

The shower could have benefited from a curtain. We couldn't seem to avoid not having a wet floor after showering.

bathroom got really wet because the water didn’t drain in the shower properly. Water leaked in the shower. If you’re worried about privacy, the doors might be a concern, they don’t close completely. we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come open the door every time we needed to go out.

The location was great. Staff was a little difficult to talk to for English sometimes but otherwise very nice. They made us breakfast and coffee/tea whenever we wanted. The rooftop terrace was very enjoyable, we loved having our breakfast there.

Everything was good, thank you :)

Breakfast was so good, every part of it was tasty. Location of the riad is good and quiet but also really safe. As most riads in marrakech, there isnt a car parking area or even you can not get close to riad by your car. Sonif you have a car i suggest near parking areas. Cleaning lady was lovely, she always tried to ask questions and was always smiling
