Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The Riad is absolutely stunning, a quiet oasis in the medina. Mickail is an outstanding host who took time to give us lots of advice and restaurant recommendations. His recommendations did not disappoint! The whole team are great and I would highly recommend this beautiful riad. We will definitely be back!

United StatesWe had a wonderful stay at the Riad. Our host, Mickael, made us feel like a guest in his house … because in fact, YOU REALLY ARE !!! This used to be Mickael’s second home before he converted it to share with all of us. It’s located just off the main square, which makes it very convenient to walk to all the sites and explore the rest of the medina. It’s just off a major artery, so we’re away from the hustle and bustle; it’s like a little oasis in the middle of all the chaos!! 😊 Every morning, you’re served a great breakfast with a little bit of everything to get you started on your day – the fresh orange juice and the apricot jam are my favorite. Our stay was very short, but we enjoyed every minute of it. If there is anything you need, you only need to ask … the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will tell you everything you need to know to have an enjoyable visit to Marrakesh.

We especially appreciated Guido and his staff's extraordinary, thoughtful, attentive, hospitality and kindness. They took such good care of us when we were in the Riad, and helped us plan our outings and to navigate the city. The owner arranged our airport transfers. Everything was exactly what we needed from start to finish. Everything was perfect for our stay, and we would recommend 200%.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt spoiled. The aroma of scented oils burning in the most captivating Riad, hits you as soon as you walk through the medina and the entrance to Riad Les Nuits. It is an oasis of calm and tranquility in the wonderful madness that is the medina. Michel and his team are are an incredible part of your stay . Nothing is too much trouble and you feel very well looked after. Some of the best nights sleeps i have had in a long time. I have stayed in several Riads in Marrakesh over the past 25 years and this is by far the best. You will not regret it.

TurkeyNot much to say.
The Riad is a special historical building, painstakingly restored by its owners, Guido and Michael, who have put their hearts to it. We felt their elegant touch everywhere, starting with their attitude, the furniture, the design, their welcome and their bidding goodbye when we were leaving. The place is refined and elegant, yet at the same time, very casual and friendly. The location is unbeatable and Guido and Michael provide tons of very useful and practical information. The staff is also very helpful and caring. Overall, we felt very happy and safe at Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech. — Müge & Emre

RomaniaMy recent stay at this riad in Marrakesh truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The riad itself was a stunning blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern comforts. My room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a serene and cozy retreat after days spent exploring the vibrant city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the riad's exquisite courtyard and rooftop terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast in the peaceful rooftop terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of a central fountain.

SwitzerlandThis is a place run by passionate professionals. Guido and Michael make you feel at home from the first moment on. The Riad is a very old house which has been renovated with taste and in style. The original, moroccan style. You will get a beautiful room, well equipped and perfectly maintained by devoted and very friendly local employees. The highlight is the Rooftop Terrasse where you can relax if you have time. Here you also get an extensive breakfast every morning. A great address in Marrakech. Hope to be back Inch'Allah.

Despite being located just a few minutes walk from the bustle of the Jemaa el-Fnaa it was very quiet, beautifully decorated, elegant and refined, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was perfect. The hospitality of the owner, Guido, was truly amazing, giving us all the necessary advice for sightseeing upon arrival, how to shop in the markets, what to avoid, and how to negotiate with a Taxi (which was very helpful). He was attentive in every way to make our first time in Marrakech as stress free as possible. His staff were amazing and attentive to the needs of their guests. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was perfect, as was the ambiance and the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a Riad experience at Marrakesh.

RomaniaThere isn't a single negative point I can mention about this location.
The staff exceeded all my expectations, making the experience truly unforgettable. A memorable moment during my stay occurred when I arrived at the Riad with a broken suitcase. I asked the staff where I could purchase a new checked luggage bag since the zipper on mine was broken. While I was discussing this and being served delicious pastries and tea, the staff went above and beyond. By the time I returned to the reception, my suitcase had been repaired! I couldn't believe that they had taken it upon themselves to fix my bag without any request for compensation. It was a wonderful surprise and truly showcased their exceptional hospitality. Aziz was the one who took care of our stay, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. I felt that no matter what we asked for, he would find a way to provide it. The entire team is extraordinary and deserves all the applause. The rooms are extraordinary, providing both comfort and elegance. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the action, making it incredibly convenient to explore Marrakesh. This Riad is a gem and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

It’s the perfect stay near the medina. Although you are very close to the central place you don’t hear any noise from it and get a perfect roof Terrasse to enjoy and relax. Guido (the hotel manager) is very charming and will explain you all you need to know about Marrakech. The staff is also very friendly and will read every wish from your lips before you even ask. SingaporeAbsolutely nothing.
There was some unparalleled excellence in the hospitality shown by Guido and his team. Everything has been perfect: the condition of the riad, comfortable bedding, the beautiful indoor fitout, the expertly landscaped terrace, the clean and artsy bathroom, freshly prepared breakfast, the meticulous service team, the subtly scented incense burning in every corner, etc. The list goes on. We were sleeping in the middle of the Medina in the hottest month of the year, yet not a sound nor a single insect had bothered us throughout our stay. If the devil were in the details, Guido (the owner) must have been the man who’s championed the devil himself. Attentiveness was an understatement. All our asks were responded to, if not anticipated. Everyone treated you like families; they would even grab whatever empty bottles or trash you are carrying when they see it in your hands like your mom or granny would do. We were given the most useful tips - navigation, recommendations, even the art of bargainings - by Guido himself and we were delighted to share with him everyday what new things we have discovered in the city like kids when we came home. It is out of questions that we will and insist that all our friends and families stay at this wonderful Riad. We are very very picky guests to begin with, and we left even more spoiled than ever by our precious memory here.

Guido is an amazing host - he provided an invaluable orientation to the city (what to see, how to navigate), made bookings for us on arrival (dinner reservations, a day trip which was the highlight of our trip), and was thoughtful and flexible (offered to mail our postcards for us, prepared takeaway breakfast for us before our 4am departure). The riad is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious - served on the terrace with fresh juice. All staff were lovely and kind. We could not have had a better stay!

United StatesTruly no reason not to stay here.
Everything was perfect. I have high expectations and generally do not give 10s, but this was an easy decision, across the board. We had stayed in a couple of riads on this trip and even visited some of the top hotels and riads we weren’t sleeping in for drinks, and what we experienced at Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech blew everything else out of the water. From the moment we arrived, Guido (the owner) welcomed us and others who happened to be coming from the airport at the same time with excitement to make our stay in Marrakesh the best it could be. He spent an hour with us (after serving us some mint tea) showing us our rooms and pointing out exquisite and useful details before taking us to the thoughtfully designed and spacious roof for pastries while he gave us an overview of the city, and provided us with a number of good tips on how to make the most of our stay — within the market, when leaving the area via taxi, and much more, not to mention recommendations and reservations. Having already spent time in Fes, we both only wished we had already received this orientation! The riad itself is gorgeous — recently renovated and done in the classic style, and just a 3 minute walk at most from the “center” of the market. (Not even the fanciest hotel in Marrakesh can claim that!) And yet — it was perfectly quiet both during the day and in the evening. Guido was a gracious host. The breakfast included traditional continental pastries, eggs, and local specialties as well, and everything was delicious! Despite the usual breakfast hours starting at 8:30am, Guido and the team at Les Nuits happily served us significantly earlier as we were looking to make the most of our limited time in Marrakesh. I could sing the praises of this place a whole lot more but I’ll leave a bit of the good surprises to your visit!

United KingdomThis riad is one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. Just a short walk from the main square and as soon as you step inside, it's a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city - so peaceful and calming! Guido was an amazing host who went out of his way to give us some great tips and make sure we knew everything we needed to about Marrakech. He took the time to provide a map for us, circled key areas, and gave us advice on everything from taxis and tipping to haggling in the souks. All of the team are warm, friendly and provide fantastic service - our highlights were the incredible breakfast on the terrace each morning and a glass of iced mint tea while relaxing in the riad in the afternoon. The riad is beautifully decorated in a traditional style with handcrafted detailing everywhere you look. The rooms have air con and the team will provide as much bottled water as you need, free of charge. We also appreciated the free airport transfers to and from the riad as it made our journey stress-free. We couldn't recommend this place more and are so glad we chose this riad! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

United KingdomWe have done a lot of steps! its a 10 -15 minute walk from the taxi points to the Riad as cars can't access the narrow streets and on an evening can be very busy with people, traders etc but that's also true of a lot of Roads, its also part of the fun too. The Stairs in the Riad are steep and Narrower so won't be suitable for someone with difficulty in mobility.
Beautiful Riad in the centre of Marrakesh. a quiet calm oasis in the busy Medina. Staff could not have been more helpful and were around all the time to answer questions and recommendations. The rooms are exceptionally clean and individual. Definitely would recommend the hotel if you are looking to stay in the centre of Marrakesh.
