There was some issue with our original booking, but the owner has been forthcoming and offered a very elegant solution.

When looking for a riad to host my family durng our stay in Marrakech, les Hibiscus immediately caught my eye. Reality was not disappointing. Hibiscus is an oasis of beauty and tranquility in the agitation of Marrakech liveliest area. Delicious breakfast Staff was lovely, and property manager Lahcen has been amazing to arrange guides, airport transportation and boarding pass printing.

From my point of view the breakfast could have been a little bit more special. It was a bit plain with coffee, bread, fruit and jam, which is traditional, but it would have been nice to have options like waffles, granola, Joghurt, pancake or others.

Beautiful riad in old town of Marrakech. Very friendly staff, clean and safe.

Breakfast was rather poor, and always the same: no muesli, bad thea. Noises from a nearbyroofterrace in the evening: loud dancing music! Should be frobidden by the town.

The quietness of the riad, when the neigbours didn'tmake music. The friendliness of the personnel.

Absolutely amazing place. So tranquil but right in the middle of the medina. Calm music playing around the Riad made it feel like your own spa! Pool was lovely- chilly in April but lovely to cool off and play around. Our 3 year old swam for ages! Lovely terrace to sunbath. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very comfy beds and duvets. Good aircon Amazing shower. I want to go back to Marrakesh just to stay here again!

You have to pay 2.5 euros per person per night at the end of the stay for city tax. I didn’t know I could pay only with cash. Internet is spotty in the rooms.

The property was located very close to the main market, although it was in a quiet alley and you could not hear any noise at all. We had the only room on the second floor which was good as the baby could crawl around. The crib was helpful. Staff were very friendly and loved the baby. We were able to arrange transfers to the airport through the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The Riad is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jemma el Fanna plaza. In a quiet alleyway, the actual building is beautiful with all the Moroccan architecture the pool and the roof top. The dormitory was cleaned every day, and the guys working at the Road very helpful and really nice!

The riad was tucked away down a quiet alley, 30 seconds walk from the main souk, so really convenient and atmospheric, without the hustle and bustle. It felt like an oasis of tranquillity with its beautiful, tree lined pool and helpful staff. Our room was on the top floor right next to the roof terrace, which was fully equipped with chill out area and sunbeds. Sublime. What's more, the breakfast was amazing. Perfect for families like us or couples.

The hosts were beautiful people and helped us organise our time in Marrakech as well as good company for general chat! The room was spacious for our bags and the bed was very comfortable, AC and wifi was strong and loved the decor throughout the place! The location was very convenient to everything but down a quiet street so couldn’t hear anything except birds! We loved spending time by the pool drinking coffee eating biscuits talking to hosts and escaping the afternoon heat, thanks for having us ☺️

Not really a dislike, just a reality of being in the centre of the old town - car access is not possible so arrival and departure by car needs to be from a nearby location - ours was only a 3/4 minute walk away so not really a problem.

We loved the authentic decor and layout of the Riad. Its location down a narrow back street close to the main square was surprisingly quiet and convenient for all the central attractions. The room and beds were very comfortable and check-in and check-out were easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay, happy to recommend to others, just note the no car access if relevant to you.

    it had to end😉

This was a little gem, hidden in an alley just behind the main square. from here we could walk to all sights. And transfer arranged to/from hotel was perfect 👍🏼 the court yard was cute, beautiful, quiet and everything else we could hope for ❤️ the weather a little chilly (like all other hotels/Riats we have stayed in in may) but perfect for cooling down on hot days. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff was so nice and Lahcen in particular. His English was great and he was more than helpful. Could/would answer all of our questions and did all he could to make our stay pleasant. thanks

Breakfast was still the same. Even though we liked them, they could have made them more variable.

Perfect location, nice staff, beautiful interior and courtyard of the riad. Despite the fact that we lived in a busy center, it was quiet. We could see the whole old town on foot.

Amazing value for money. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Most ideal location as it was 1 min away from the old square but tucked away enough for it to be quiet. Authentic styled rooms. Breakfast was always made very quickly and tasted great. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back here if we go back to Marrakech.

A spectacular breakfast. Simple, but always fresh, and there was always a little something new to taste every morning. The warm Msemen are plenty reason to come back. The room was little, but cozy and romantic, and always perfectly cleaned. The sounds of the small street below could be heard inside and were very inspiring, but they were completely silent by bedtime. How can it be so quiet when it's 50 meters from the chaos of Jama el Fnaa, the biggest plaza of the souk? I have no idea. Sorcery, maybe. The central patio was fresh and clean: a perfect place to rest after a day-trip. Don't miss on the home made dinner. We had the some of the best moroccan food eating by the small pool in the patio for just 150 MAD. They even spread rose petals for our last night in Marrakech without even asking, revealing again much attention to detail and our experience. It was probably one of the most romantic dinners I've ever had with my partner and the best way to end our stay. I will forever remember hearing the Muezzin singing suddenly while standing on the rooftop terrace in the twilight. ALL of the staff has been available and easy going, and extremely attentive to our enjoyment.
