The only thing I didn't like were the city taxes charged daily, but I guess that's to be expected.

My stay at this boutique & SPA hotel was absolutely delightful! Tucked away on a quaint street, it's conveniently close to all the main attractions. I indulged in the pool and jacuzzi after a day of exploring, and the breakfasts were simply sumptuous. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite, complete with a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful tips and assistance throughout my stay. It was a truly memorable experience!

It’s a little difficult to excess the hotel with a cab

The staff was super nice and protective , especially since it’s located in the medina, and at night it could be a little scarier, the staff escorted us to the hotel whenever we arrived a little late. The rooms are really beautiful and the whole hotel definitely gave us what we expected to experience in Marrakech!

Quote for taxi to airport was very expensive hence I got the 30 Dirhams bus.

Staff were super friendly especially the lady who checked us in, may be here name was Najda(just wanna say thank you and sorry if I got the name wrong. She knew all about the hotel history and helped us plan our evening very well. Also the in hotel HAMMAM spa was great. A minor thing, the windows in our bedroom directly faced the entrance of the riad so you could hear people chap on the door to be let in and conversations in the hallway so if you’re not a fan of noise then something to note.

This boutique Riad is absolutely perfect for a city stay, really lovely decorated with bright vibrant colours. Absolutely stunning! The breakfast is amazing and definitely worth it as you get a lot of food. The rooftop is serene and not many guests at all. The waterfall shower was so great and really comfortable robes and slippers. We visited the sister hotel for dinner but much preferred the vibe of this one for sure!

Visited Marrakesh for the first time and stayed at the Riad. Everything was beyond perfect, the staff specially Hajah, Achhaf and Majda at the reception were super helpful and did everything from booking taxis to recommending restaurants. At night Rahim walked us to the main road or back to the riad which made us feel very safe.

Everyone there was lovely. All the staff gave us a lot of information about the city, advice for restaurants, booking etc. It was my birthday and the staff of the hotel did a nice surprise offering me a slice of cake and singing happy birthday. I couldn't ask for a better treatment. The room was lovely, very clean and cosy. The place is an oasis of peace and relax. An amazing place with amazing people! Really recommended.

The experience was excellent from beginning to end. The stuff was super helpful and kind. I can’t remember the name because the receptionist during the day was super kind and he went extra mile with his services. The Riad was stunning and the pool upstairs was a great addition to the experience. We had the spa services and we really enjoyed them. Having breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. Great location too.

A truly stunning property and a feeling of luxurious relaxation from the moment you walk through the door. Hotel-style in-room air conditioning was an absolute godsend. The rooftop terrace (especially the pool) was an absolute joy and a great place to cool down and relax before/after a trip to the medina or elsewhere.

Delightful 2 nights we spent in this Riad, Room was excellent, as was the Riad itself. pool area was lovely and much needed in the heat. breakfast was excellent and many many choice of delightful food to enjoy. Custom service is taken very seriously here, and every staff member were so helping, welcoming, and very professional. Highly recommend

Handsdown the best stay in all of Morocco. The staff were very very friendly n helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable n beautiful. They had an amazing rooftop with a pool n jacuzzi. It resembled Le Jardins Majorelle. We opted to get a hamam spa n massage which was good as well Very safe location, walkable to the main square and Medina

The bar didn’t seem to be manned very often and it always felt a little awkward have to find someone and request a drink.
