The service was 12 out of a 10. Wow. Once he hadn't enough money and we wanted to change our money from euros to dirham. Usually we have to pay fee but the receptionist was so kind that didn't even payed a fee. Furthermore, if you want to play cards with him just do it, he is a really open person. Usually we don't give tips for a receptionist but this time we have to.

The Riad was the perfect starting point of our holiday in Marocco! The room was beautiful, clean, and with life-saving AC. The host was very sweet and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was rich and really good. We really enjoyed the location as well: very central but also very quite. The rooftop terrace was also very nice, with lots of room for chill and even a little dip in the pool. And the perfect spot for watching the sun go down over the city. A 10/10 experience !

A bit noisy from street outside but fine with earplugs. No cups or kettle in room (but staff happy to provide glasses and water on request).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent dinner offered in evening. Good WiFi connection. AC in rooms. Breakfast basic (breads and jams) but perfectly good. Guesthouse has a nice feel - safe, calm, peaceful. Nice (indoor) central courtyard, birds get in from roof garden and flying around - birdsong.

The lobby looks really nice and welcoming and has enough Places to sit down. We were presented a cup of delicious tea right at the beginning. The service provided by the Riad has been outstanding and a real pleasure. There is also a Jacuzzi on the rooftop which is great. The breakfast was excellent too. Overall we had a great time here and want to thank the staff for their efforts.

the location wasn’t great, it is set in a poor part of the city which attracts a fair few homeless people. there are a lot of con artists in the area and we had a group of 15-17 year olds follow us down an alley after we ignored them. a homeless man also got very close to my wife mumbling to her, which wasn’t pleasant. we were only in the hotel for one night and this happened on each occasion we left the Riad. I think the Riad should speak with the local police station which is in the area to increase foot patrols for tourists. but for the price, you have to decide if it’s worth it.

the property itself was brilliant value for money. the amenities were really good and the staff really friendly. we had aircon and a nice room. the breakfast was also really good.

NOT a hotel problem, but good to know: Due to the width of the streets, taxis don't come to the door. You must walk 2 blocks approx. from the main street to the hotel.

The first thing I must highlight is that the service and attention were excellent. I went with my mother for holidays and from the moment of arrival and the arrangements to have transportation from the airport, check-in, the help with excursions, everything was so helpful! Abdo, the receptionist was attentive and exceeded our expectations, he helped us with everything and even got me the chip to be able to have telephone and Wi-Fi coverage. always with a good attitude and smile and willingness to help at any time. The same goes for the girls in the kitchen, always with a smile. It's an excellent money-comfort ration- it's on the corner of the police station, so although it's not the best neighborhood, I always felt very safe. It is centrally located- everything is 10 minutes away more or less with a taxi. The bed is very good and the shower too! I would definitely choose him again.

Nice and typical riad. The area is not so nice but walking distance to the center. Host gave us good tips and also told us where we can park the car. We also had a nice dinner the first day we arrived. Room was good but the pillows way to big (uncomfortable)

Very well located not far away from J. El Fna by feet (about 10-15 minutes max), and nearby a police station on the same street (which makes the location quite safe). Extremely kind people working at Dar Riad Jomana hosting the guest with much warmth and kindness. The homemade breakfast is delicious !

The location was great. I just got back from a hike in the Atlas mountains, all I wanted was an easy place to find and to be left alone to relax and they hit that nail on the head. Youssef made sure I was able to get to the location, providing videos and having someone stand on the street keeping an eye out for me. Abdul, the man at the front desk, sorted out everything else I could have required. Would highly recommend staying here just for their service.
