Wifi didn’t reach the rooms but was perfect in common areas

Both siad and mamadou made our stay here amazing, they are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The Riad itself was beautiful and immaculate, also thanks to the amazing woman that work there. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Riad is in a good location, the staff are excellent, breakfast and dinner options are well worth having, room was spacious and relaxing for a riad style stay, room service was attentive and cleaned room every day. the team were knowledgeable and helped answer lots of questions. Transfer from the airport to the riad is well worth doing.

I can’t fault anything about my stay here, from the minute I arrived to the moment I left, the team couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable and catered for. As a single female traveler who has never been to Marrakech or stayed in a Riad before I had some worries about feeling safe but the Riad Dar Eternity was like a home from home and the team were simply wonderful - I didn’t want to leave.

They have exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t ask for a better place while in Marrakech.

I booked a room here last minute when I have just reached the Marrakech airport, even so, they contacted me directly and were really help me on getting to the Riad. The Riad itself is gorgeous and very clean. During my stay, they took a very good care of me and helped alot on all the things I needed. Said was super friendly and attentive. He even helped me find available pharmacy since I got abit sick on my last day. Overall, I had a very pleasant time staying here. If I could, I would give them more than 10 stars. Bravo for all the team!

Actually nothing - not only the experience as a whole but also every detail of the stay was fantastic.

Starting with getting picked up from the airport taxi to an easily recommendable first dinner experience up to being attentive in an unintrusive way the people of Riad Dar Eternity really go an extra mile for the guests to make them feel welcome. What stood out as well was how clean the Riad is - rooms are taken care of daily to ensure impeccable standards.

Coffee was great for Morocco but I’m Australian so I miss Italian espresso coffee

The Riad is stunning and beautiful- but it is the staff that truely make this stay your home. They message you prior and help you to the door of the Riad, assist you with any questions and provide anything you need. Each day Siad gave us a great smile and sat up with us at night to drink tea and share stories. We cannot thank him enough for his excellent service and hospitality during our stay - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay in Marrakech. Also the most delicious breakfast with a wide variety, selection of produce and large volume!

Nothing was bad about the Riad. The pool was small but served its purpose of cooling us off to a tee. For shower lovers, the room we were in had a hand held shower but the bath was lovely. The walk to the souks was a bit hectic but it is less than 4 minutes away and good directions and mapping were given.

Excellent all around, we were pampered upon arrival and given great suggestions for the local area! The breakfasts were more than enough food and all of it nice. Staff were beyond attentive and always helped with everything, rooms were properly cleaned daily. I can’t recommend enough me and my partner had a truly lovely time primarily because of the staff and the loveliness of the Riad itself

Excellent riad! It’s nice and small and located in a quiet part of the Medina but still easily walkable to all the main sites. The best think is the staff who work there - they’re so friendly and caring (thank you Said and Mamadou). We had dinner at the property one night and it was one of the best meals we had.

Location was excellent. It was close to everything, but it was still secluded enough to where relaxing at the riad was peaceful. The breakfast was so good we always looked forward to it the next morning. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and so friendly.

Amazing service and great location. It was very quiet and relaxing. Quick walk to the taxi station and lovely neighbourhood. Lovely room, very clean. Great rooftop area. The staff was excellent and met every need and more. Always kind and very helpful. Walked out to meet me and guide me to the riad on arrival. They set up the massage service, which was excellent and a great value. They walked me out to meet up for my morning excursion and had early breakfast ready. The breakfast was delicious, and there was more than I could even dream of eating. I'd come back in an instant, highly recommend.

Perhaps a larger pool but this was not really necessary (there was a dip pool lovely for cooling down). They had a lovely relaxing roof terrace to sunbathe and watch the sun set. We felt very spoilt and lucky to be there!

Beautiful Riad, the staff were absolutely fantastic - Couldn't do enough to help you. Delicious breakfasts. Quiet riad away from busy souks. Mohammad and Sieed as hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely people.

Closer to the souks than Jema el fnaa but still very walkable

This riad is welcoming and the set up of the room (samaha) is beautiful and functional. Mamadou made us feel welcome and helped coordinate our arrival. It is easy to smile while being around him and to feel comfortable asking him question. We even received roses in our room. I highly recommend this Riad, the high grade for the reviews are real. We would stay again!
