Nothing was bad about the Riad. The pool was small but served its purpose of cooling us off to a tee. For shower lovers, the room we were in had a hand held shower but the bath was lovely. The walk to the souks was a bit hectic but it is less than 4 minutes away and good directions and mapping were given.

Excellent all around, we were pampered upon arrival and given great suggestions for the local area! The breakfasts were more than enough food and all of it nice. Staff were beyond attentive and always helped with everything, rooms were properly cleaned daily. I can’t recommend enough me and my partner had a truly lovely time primarily because of the staff and the loveliness of the Riad itself

Excellent riad! It’s nice and small and located in a quiet part of the Medina but still easily walkable to all the main sites. The best think is the staff who work there - they’re so friendly and caring (thank you Said and Mamadou). We had dinner at the property one night and it was one of the best meals we had.

Location was excellent. It was close to everything, but it was still secluded enough to where relaxing at the riad was peaceful. The breakfast was so good we always looked forward to it the next morning. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and so friendly.

Amazing service and great location. It was very quiet and relaxing. Quick walk to the taxi station and lovely neighbourhood. Lovely room, very clean. Great rooftop area. The staff was excellent and met every need and more. Always kind and very helpful. Walked out to meet me and guide me to the riad on arrival. They set up the massage service, which was excellent and a great value. They walked me out to meet up for my morning excursion and had early breakfast ready. The breakfast was delicious, and there was more than I could even dream of eating. I'd come back in an instant, highly recommend.

Perhaps a larger pool but this was not really necessary (there was a dip pool lovely for cooling down). They had a lovely relaxing roof terrace to sunbathe and watch the sun set. We felt very spoilt and lucky to be there!

Beautiful Riad, the staff were absolutely fantastic - Couldn't do enough to help you. Delicious breakfasts. Quiet riad away from busy souks. Mohammad and Sieed as hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely people.

Closer to the souks than Jema el fnaa but still very walkable

This riad is welcoming and the set up of the room (samaha) is beautiful and functional. Mamadou made us feel welcome and helped coordinate our arrival. It is easy to smile while being around him and to feel comfortable asking him question. We even received roses in our room. I highly recommend this Riad, the high grade for the reviews are real. We would stay again!

The door to our bathroom was bigger than the door frame so it couldn't be locked but only leant on. We know each other (:-)) but it would be a nice little improvement for the future.

One of the nicest and friendliest Riads in town! Everything is and was enjoyable and it took less than a minute to feel HOME! The staff - special thanks to Mamadou and Yussef - are extraordinary and fullfilled every need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There’s not a single thing we didn’t like!

Breakfast was perfect, we had a full selection each morning which differed slightly every morning. The staff Youssef and Mohammed were so friendly and helpful to us in whatever we needed in the Riad, as well as recommendations for where to go in Marrakech. The Riad itself was a beautiful sanctuary from the busy city centre only a few minutes walk away.

One of the most amazing experiences to start our trip. The staff at this Riad were exceptional, really going beyond to make our experience memorable. We had to get up early for an excursion and the front of house team walked us to the main road in the dark. We received a very special cake to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and the room was decorated amazingly. Would 100% be back and recommend to all.

The staff were incredible. Mamadou, Youseff and Zaynab (excuse spellings) in particular made our stay incredible. The Riad itself is wonderfully located, quiet and very clean. The rooms are generous and the breakfast is amazing albeit far too much food. We ate out loads but our best meal was at the Riad cooked by Zaynab, a three course traditional feast. So good that we had it the day we left to finish on a high. The staff are the biggest plus, nothing was ever an issue. On hand to help in anyway they can.

If we returned we would prefer a room upstairs as these offered more privacy and quiet.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above & beyond. A special thanks to Mamou for his cheerful laughter and drinks with biscuits. The decor and finishings were lovely in our room and in the riad too. The rooms were kept clean at all times. Meals were all great.

Youssef and Mamadou made us feel home from the first second we arrived. The riad is beautiful, the location is perfect (1 minute walk to the souks) and we felt perfectly safe and welcome in the area. Breakfast was a combination of traditional Moroccan and partly European breakfast. Youssef and Mamadou were so helpfull, warm and caring. We are 100% coming back to Riad Dar Eternity and would fully recommend visiting this beautiful riad. The rooms were clean, beautifully designed and comfortable. We found a place that feels like home on a different continent, thanks for everything Youssef and Mamadou.
