Everything was perfect.

We stayed here for a night and this place is marvelous gem. Very beautiful in Medina and the staffs are very helpful. Mr. Azdine helped us doing checkin and he was super helpful in letting us park our car near Riad. Very good breakfast and you will feel royal in this Riad. We had an awesome Stay We booked two rooms and we had a comfortable stay in both the rooms.

The facilities should be maintained better. E.g. brijen holder for the shower head, water came out of just one of the tabs, new batteries for the aircon remote control, etc. Take care of such a nice Riad!

Nice Riad, exceptional patio and big rooms. Close to the medina (10 to 15 mins walking). Very friendly staff! They organized a private guide in order not to get lost in the medina. Parking nearby in a garage, 3€ per night.

Only one thing was not entirely correct: one of the rooms did not fully match the pictures shown on Booking (some pictures were correct and others weren't). Aside from that, the place was really worth the money. Consider it for your stay at Fes.

The location was good, out of the messy medina and safe for a walk at night. The Riad was comfy and welcoming, with the real look of a Moroccan place. The breakfast was very good and complete, given the fact the staff was helpful to the point of serving it at 4:00 AM (we left at 5:00). All the rooms (4) had good AC and good beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us with all our needs (including a super early breakfast and luggage). This is a very good place to stay at Fes.

Our "3 bedroom" room was really only 2 rooms the downstairs apartment/room had one queen bed on one side and 2 twins on the other. Downstairs also had the only AC, so sleeping upstairs was very uncomfortable with only a fan during the hot summer of Fez which reached 120*F or 46*C during the day. I would have been fine if the heat was not was extreme

We booked the "3 bedroom" so we had a huge room with two bathrooms. We loved they had black soap available to use in the bathrooms. The staff is very accommodating, anything you ask for they can make it happen. We ask for taxis, tours, and hamam experience all we received at a reasonable price, better than have to search things out on your own.

Some of the elements of the hotel are a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. I think with historical properties such as this, it is sometimes hard to do.

The hotel room was huge, and the decorations beautiful. Staff was outstanding and very attentive. They helped answer questions, book spa reservations, and fixed a breakfast to take with us the last day because we had an early train. Overall, the price was good, and I am satisfied with out stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 10-minute walk from the Blue Gate. The parking is very convenient. When you check in, the boss gave you mint tea The century-old building has a very distinctive riad, the rooms are large, and the interior decoration has a traditional aristocratic style. The breakfast is great, coffee, juice, milk, different flavors of bread every day, with a variety of jams, cheese. Breakfast in the hotel lobby is a treat. The price is reasonable, we booked for one day first, and stayed for another day later, it is worth recommending.

The facilities in the riad was not very good. The lights were flashing in the night makes it kind of scary. The toilet was smelly, maybe the drainage is broken.

The first room was a bit dark and humid so the staff helped us to change to a brighter room with windows which is very nice. The breakfast was very good in Moroccan standard. The riad is located near the main street so it’s safer to walk back at night. The staff are also very nice.

the location is about 12minutes walking to blue gate, you have to walk in alley with minimal people passing by, and you will bump into teenagers that offers help on direction which can be a little scary at night. but you can ignore them.

the staff was nice, the property is clean and nice, the breakfast was good, enough to start your day.

The Riad was beautiful and clean. The room was very large and overlooked the interior. Beautiful accomodations! Staff was attentive and helpful. we would love to stay here again!
