The bathroom needed a thorough clean and and was tired, it could do with a little improvement.

Staff and breakfast were great as was the location.

It only has one soap to use as hand soap, shower gel, etc. I wish I had known before because I would’ve brought my shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast was always the same, so it can become a bit repetitive if you’re staying for many nights.

The Riad was beautiful! We loved the entrance and the terrace. The staff was very kind. They booked us a desert tour that started at 7, so they cooked breakfast for us at 6:30. I’d definitely stay there again! The breakfast was delicious, especially the baghrir and the nut butter.

The electrics were a bit ropey in one of the room but apart from that, no complaints!

Riad Chennaoui is in a great location in the medina, about a 10-15 minutes from the main Square. The staff were incredibly helpful, Abdul in particular couldn’t do enough. The communal areas are lovely and cool and the breakfast was substantial. It’s hard to believe what you get for your money!

The location was 9 minutes walk to the Tinsmith Square and Bahia Palace. And 15-20 minutes walk going to Kotoubia Mosque. The breakfast was good.

At first it was hard to find. But then it was good. Gps took us right to it every time we went out walking.

We really liked the staff. They were warm and friendly, and wanted to get to know us. The Riyadh itself was amazing the tile and the decorations were outstanding.

Toilets could do with modernising although up to standards in terms of the Riad, AC was working but barely, luckily it was cooler at night. If kids are also in the Riad parents shouldn't allow them to roam around the middle shouting in the morning as is the responsibility of the staff due to poor sound insulation. Other than that fantastic stay, highly recommended.

The electricity instalation is poor. The shower was either completely cold or so hot that you could really burn your skin.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull, always trying to make you feel confortable. The location is perfect to visit everything by foot. The riad is beautiful.

Lots of room maintaince to be done.But do understand it's riad and it's homely atmosphere but the WC should really be changed as they look dirty in both different room I stayed.But as it's cheaper price it's worth it..
