Too many stairs. I have difficulty to walk so it was hard to use so many stairs all the time

Our room with all the decorations and the bathroom. The terrace right above. We sun lounged a lot because back home we do not have much summer. Plus above in the open you can also smoke and have mint tea. The view of the hall with a Palm tree reaching up and a pool at the bottom. The breakfast and its area decorations. The staff was kind, professional and on stand by for anything. The location wad so pretty, We walked through the lively market street with interesting and elegant shops. Medina square was right at the end. However we simply preferred eating on the market street, which is lively but safe. No seller pushing us to buy because they are more chic, whereas in Medina square they sell anything but not very worth and as you pass some seller harrassed us to buy these anythings. So we scrolled around the square because it is particular and leads to other historical ameneties. But we sat on a elegant and repaired from passer by corner coffe shop to enjoy the lively square in action. So Thank you for the confort and the intimacy we had received by staying here. We will come again. Marrakesh, its culture and people are soo beautiful.

There are locals who bother and threaten for money by offering unsolicited help. The hotel staff dont dare to challenge them.. thats a location problem probably

Omar and Mohammed are wonderful hosts. They made my stay in Marrakesh special and I would definitely book a room at Riad Celia again. It's a beautiful Riad and perfectly located. The breakfast is very good and you get a coffee whenever you want!

Staff were amazingly friendly with always a joke ready. The breakfast was fresh with lots of variety and staff went to extra effort to make sure we had what we wanted. The double room was a bit tight for space but our friends had the suite and that was beautiful! The street outside was really busy with motorbikes etc tearing past but it was a stones throw from main square and souqs so those things will always go together, you couldn’t hear the traffic in the riad.

Location was excelent to be near the confusion of Marrakech Suite room for families is perfect and very charming, good price for value Staff is very nice and always available Breakfast is good, and they prepared some gluten-free options for my celiac son and wife

The rooms are uneven. If you can book room no.1, 2 or 3 they are far above what can be expected at this price point. Others are not as good and do feature less in the riads pictures, as a result they are a bit disapointing (e. g. room no.5)

The Staff is brilliant. We had a medical emergency and the staff reacted excellently organizing a doctor to come to the hotel as quickly as possible all the while remaining calm and assisting wherever possible, including transport. I hope the management reads this and gives additional commendation to Omar from the morning front desk and his colleague from the night shift (his name escapes me right now).

the room wasn't prepared for 3rd person (bed sheets, towel etc) and since we arrived late at night was difficult to arrange Swimming pool - adds to the charm of the property but bear in mind is not really a swimming pool (really tiny) for swimming

We had the deluxe suite and the decor is honestly in the same league as the Bahia Palace, the painted, carved plasterwork and hand painted ceiling decorations are amazing. Omar and his team are really excellent hosts, very happy to help in any way possible.

Riad Celia, situated in the heart of Marrakesh was a little oasis in the freneticism of the city : the cool multilevel interior courtyard offered respite from the searing heat of the day, the lovely atmospheric rooftop balcony with views was ideal for relaxation in the evening. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal for the souks and other attractions.

Lovely staff; great sense of humour from Mohammed, the person we always dealt with. Quiet Riad, dipping pool, very comfortable lounge to stay downstairs after we had vacated our rooms, in a good area, comfortable, nice feel.

We loved it so much we booked an extra night before our flight home! Beautiful Riad right in the heart of the medina- perfect location for exploring the narrow streets. Gorgeous roof terrace where you can relax to escape the city. The staff are so friendly and helpful, everything was perfect. They organised us a transfer from the airport with their driver. Breakfast was lovely- simple but fresh, served next to the pool in the courtyard.

We stayed in two pretty and comfy rooms in this cute little riad in the very heart of Marrakech. Mohamed, Omar, and Khalid were marvellous hosts, welcoming, helpful, friendly, and patient. The riad is beautiful, situated around a small central courtyard which hosts the cosy breakfast area, a small pool, and various nooks for sitting and relaxation, as well as a palm tree stretching towards the terrace three floors up. And the terrace is great, providing a 360 view of inner Marrakech. For day trips and excursions, the staff are willing and very able to assist in booking and arranging anything.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay in Riad Celia in our first visit to Marrakech! The location was amazing, it is only a few minutes walk to the main square and although the streets in the medina can be confusing, we never had any trouble finding our way back. The staff were fantastic, always helpful, cheerful and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. I would certainly recommend to others visiting Marrakech.
