All the rooms open into a central courtyard so you need to keep curtains closed for privacy.

The hotel is walking distance to the main sites. The rooftop terrace has a nice small pool and good views of the city. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so welcoming—they will meet your taxi and walk you to the hotel. They give you all the information you need to tour the city, and they make a phenomenal breakfast.

The breakfast was very carb heavy with no choices. I wouldn't want to eat that everyday. You also may what to specify if your room is going to be on the ground floor or the second if you have mobility issues as the stairs are decent.

The staff is delightful. So kind and friendly. The Riad is beautiful, the beds are comfy. Bathroom spacious. I would have liked a TV in the room. But the decor is wonderful. I enjoyed my stay alot. I know it's supposed to be a close place in the Medina. But I had driver service so I can't speak to that personally.

The Riad is placed near the Royal Palace, meaning the neighborhood is really safe and quiet. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing, especially Hakim. He was so helpful and dedicated to helping us experience the best of Marrakesh. He always responded positively to all our requests with a smile. He even drove me on his motorbike through the Medina to his hairdresser to give me a haircut. While we were driving through the Medina, he tried to explain as much as he could about Marrakesh. All in all, I will definitely go back to Marrakesh to this Riad. Lastly, I can say that I gained a friend, and that is the most beautiful thing when you are traveling. People make ordinary places special! Thanks to all the staff and thank you, Hakim, for your help. We like Marrakesh and this Riad a lot!

Magnificent Riad, nice quiet location, out of the crowds of the Medina, but easily accessible on foot. Cozy and clean space. The cleaning & kitchen staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. We arrived mid-afternoon (via flight) and the woman working prepared us such a delicious lunch without notice.

I am sure that we booked the best riad in Marrakech! Riad is charming, nice rooms, tasty breakfast, location just few minutes from the old town and main square! Riad Beni Sidel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered, showing unparalleled levels of helpfulness and hospitality that truly made me feel welcomed. This has nothing to do with the Riad. It’s more about the area where it is located. Although it is located near tourist places and you can get in a few minutes to different places. It’s is in a kinda hidden place and if you don’t know the area it can be difficult to find. Especially at night, it’s better to be careful, because the area doesn’t feel safe

We had a really really nice stay, the stuff was extremely friendly and sweet and always open to help us with anything. I can’t express how much grateful we are for all the help and nice treatment we received from the stuff. They make you feel like home. The decoration and all the accommodations were really nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty 😋 and because of all of this I'd highly recommend this place if you want to have a nice stay. Also I really recommend to use the service they offer for the transportation to the airport

The location and the service. Abdel, Hakim and the rest of the staff really made us feel at home. We’ve ordered a taxi via the hotel and Hakim picked us up at the taxi and walked with us to the Riad. He gave us a lot of tips to find the Riad and we always found the way back. We really loved our stay.

Very friendly host. Helped us a lot. Nice pool on the roof with view to Medina und tower. Everything very new and clean. At the outer side of the Medina-Wall but therefore very quiet. Secure feeling, because neighbour to Kings-palace with gards.
