The staff from the Ryad are very friendly and ready to help you with anything. The Ryad is very well decorated, clean and has all you need to have an amazing stay. We also did hamam and massage and was definately a super experience. I would recommend this Ryad to anyone. It

The staff were amazing, and so helpful throughout our stay and even beforehand too! The location were perfect, in walking distance to everywhere and it was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle, and the views from the rooftop were amazing! We would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad!

make sure you have a good map/google maps so you don't get lost/overwhelmed trying to find the property late at night - the neighbourhood is safe and everyone is lovely though.

This Riad has a prime location close enough to the souks that you can reach them within 5 minutes walking, but far enough that you're not stuck in the hustle and bustle. The staff was very kind and welcoming from the moment we booked. Upon arrival, unfortunately, one of our party wasn't feeling very well and the Riad kindly prepared room service for them (particularly as they weren't 100%). In the summer I imagine this Riad is beautiful - and the terrace is stunning. The open and closed areas make this really nice, with the indoor fireplaces offering cosy spots in winter, whilst the terraces let you get some wonderful sunshine. The breakfast in the morning was top notch and the staff were all lovely. a really well priced stay in a historic property which blends old and new in just the right way.

- Considering we booked a superior room, I was quite underwhelmed by the room - would book a standard room if I were to stay again - Didn't have some basic facilities e.g. an iron (had to pay extra if we wanted anything ironing) - No hot water for a while on the morning of our check out which delayed us - No full length mirror in our room - Lack of space to put away clothes

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay exceed our expectations. The food, especially the breakfast was unreal. It was hard to leave as it felt like we were leaving our family. Every night they would walk us to our taxi and meet us to walk back with us when we returned. They are always happy to help and had great recommendations. Amazing people, amazing riad, truly a gem in Marrakesh and we can’t wait to come back!

- the best breakfast I've tried in hotels - the staff is extremely friendly, especially Bourhim and Karim, who were always available and you can contact them via whatsapp for any information related to the Riad and Marrakesh itself - The riad is located in an excellent location, very nicely decorated, especially the rooftop is ideal in the evening to rest and listen to the music that can be heard from the square

I must say that the riad was not like a hotel but like my home. We felt there as if we are staying in our own home. Everything was wonderful. Maroua and Bourhim tried to do everything for our confort. The atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. All other staff were respectful and helpful. Thanks them for making our holiday unforgettable. I highly recommend for those who want to visit Marrackech.

Staff were excellent - everyone was happy, helpful, and professional. The riad was clean and nicely decorated with lovely little quiet spots, and it had a calming atmosphere. Good alcoholic options to enjoy on the roof terrace that overlooks the old town. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and with a good variety.

The family suite is located at the reception area, so you need to close the curtains not to see people passing outside. Also there is a mezzanine for the additional beds so not so suitable for young children. The second night the reception phone was quite annoying, but we did not hear anything the first night so maybe it was an exception.

Very friendly staff, beautifully decorated, well organized and many additional services such as excursions, SPA, cooking courses etc.. The kids could enjoy swimming in the small pools. Delicious couscous and breakfast was very good also. Nicely located in the Medina but still easy to access and close to other attractions.

It wasn't really a problem, but they didn't tell us in advance that our massages after the hammam would be in our room, meaning we hadn't prepared it for people to come into before we left it. We might have tidied up/put things away more if we had known (but not suggesting at all we couldn't trust them), it just felt a little invasive.

We wanted to stay one more night in Marrakech after a wedding, so chose this Riad as we loved the aesthetic of the black suite. The path to it is a little complicated, you very much have to study a map, but we engaged a local with a hand cart to take our luggage and he got us there easily which meant we were able to get our bearings. We were greeted in a friendly manner and given tea and biscuits. We booked in for a couple's hammam and massage as the cost felt reasonable and we really wanted some relaxation. The hammam with Nadia was excellent, we felt so clean afterwards! The massages were also very good and we felt very refreshed after a busy few days. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast upstairs on the roof was a lovely experience and the food excellent. We were able to leave our bags for the day after check out and they arranged an airport transfer for us too which was much appreciated.
