The staff including the owner were extremely friendly and helpful and fulfilled every request with absolute kindness. The owner also gave us a recommendation of good restaurants in Marrakesh and took us into town several times to save us a cab. The owner really tried to make everything possible for us and even though the electricity was temporarily out of order in the region through no fault of his own, he made every effort to find a replacement and apologized several times. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever seen in terms of staff. Thank you very much and see you next time:)

There was a metal pipe stuck into the toilet bowl which was... Weird. Although good, it's a generic european-style hotel, nothing moroccan about it. Maybe that's what you want, but for me it was a choice of necessity. The location is good for travel, but not great for visiting the city itself. Bathroom ventilation wasn't working.

Great location for those traveling somewhere thanks to proximity to TCM buses and train station. I was able to check in late (~2200), have an early breakfast and leave before 0800. Staff were professional and efficient. Functional aircon.

The front reception was efficient but not very friendly. The room was pricey compared to similar accommodations I've stayed at in Morocco.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable, not far from the train station, and only minutes from the airport. There was a restaurant onsite, so I was able to have a decent meal without going into the chaos of the city, as I was only transiting in Marrakech to catch a flight the following day. Staff arranged transport to the airport for my early morning departure.

The staff weren't overly friendly. The coffee was overpriced and there was no kettle in the room. There was a rooftop restaurant advertised which, when we walked up all the stairs possible, was a locked door onto an empty roof. It would have been nice to have more info displayed about the spa treatments and tours organised, as I didn't feel able to approach the (male) receptionists. However, for the price, (thirty euros a night for two of us) , these are all quibbles.

This is a no frills hotel which, for the price, is perfect for three days in Marrakech. Slightly out of the busy centre, in a neighbourhood with wider streets and trees, very near the train station (literally five minutes walk) it was calm to come back to after days exploring the souks. The room was small but comfortable and spotless. The shower was powerful and spacious. There is a fridge in the room and floor length windows to hang out of and watch the world go by. There is air conditioning and a safe in the room. I would come back here again.

Perfect stay and location for whoever needs to catch the train, very convenient and close to walk to the train station. Everyone at the Hotel was super nice and keen to help, the reception is open 24/7 which is good also if you arrive late. Hotel breakie was good, although not much variety. The room was comfy :))

Location - not close to the center, there is plenty to walk. Breakfast - should be better, more varied. Wellness is paid additionally for hotel guests. The view from the room was terrible, on the walls, the roof, NOTHING. Terrace - there is a terrace on the roof and it is in the pictures from the hotel, but it was not possible to go to the terrace, it was locked.

Internet - excellent Bed - excellent. Room - good and comfortable. Restaurant - part of the hotel and not expensive. It can be ordered and brought to the room. Reception - I arrived late, they were ready to welcome me. Thank you.

Nothing. Nice hotel, handy for bus and train station

Excellent location near to the train station. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean room with huge comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with toiletries and good strong, hot shower. Nice buffet breakfast. There is also a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel where we had kofta and eggs, delicious! Nice surrounding area.

Some noise from the street.

The hotel is close to the railway station. Things in the hotel, on the whole, are as should be. Breakfasts in the hotel are not lavish but I like them, especially the cakes.
