Not plenty toilet tissues and bin bags.we had to ask the owner to top up . Would have been nice if there were tea, sugar and salt.

Apartment was clean and tidy. We checked in early as our flight arrived early in the morning. Staff were very friendly. Security was good. Spacious apartment for four of us. It was in the centre of Marakech. Public transport, train station, bus station,restaurants everything was close by. Enjoyed living there during our holidays.

I had a very special vacation with my family at Nour' 5 el bellar, everything was perfect, we were confortable and surrounded with good views, the appartment is well ubicated, very clean, and so quiet, the staff are very polite and nice. I highley recomand it for anyone who is looking for confort and luxury. One of the best places to stay in Marrakech. Many thanks to Fouad and his brother and to Mathieu :)

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! The staff stayed in contact regarding the time of arrival and was already waiting when we got to the apartment complex in the evening. We were greeted with a warm welcome & got a quick tour of the complex incl. the apartment. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Centrally located; opposite of the train station and Supratours bus station.

Foued, Merwan, Touria and Mathieu have been wonderful hosts and staff. My family was very happy with the state of the apartment, its proximity to the train station and again with the very helpful staff.

Amazing apartment and for such a good price. Had a washing machine and dryer, lots of fresh towels. Full size kitchen with appliances, fridge and everything you need to cook. Pool was large and the perfect refreshing temperature. Felt like luxury after a 3 day guided desert tour!

The lock of the entrance door was not working well so we needed to ask a repair. They immadiately solved the problem. Also the hairdryer did not work, they immediately solved the problem. Only advise is to check the apartment before the new guests arrive so we do not need to make time for such repairs. Some furniture would be useful for the other bedroom for hanging the clothes. We did not use the pool as the weather was not the best but it would be great to have sunbeds there. It is just a fact, not the fault of the accomodation as we asked this before our arrival so we new there are no sunbeds.

-2 bedrooms, 2 balconies -available owner online -helpful staff -clean property -security for the entrance...however we think the neighborhood is not a bad -great money exchange and restaurant options nearby -you can go to the main square by bus as well, it's not far either

When you opened the cap in the sink, the drain smelled not so good. But as long as you put the cap back on after using the sink, it's not a problem at all.

The apartment is easy to reach and is located in a beautiful, modern apartment block with a swimming pool. It is right next to the bus station and surrounded by many restaurants. Check-in was very straightforward. I was already expected there and received a very friendly welcome. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean.

There is a security 24h and they check everyones entrance ... to enter you must ask him to open you the door... so we dont have our own privacy and personal keys for the main entrance .... And is Absolutely no possibility to invite guests Doesn't matter that are friends or family or others... Because the security is checking everyone's entrance and if they found out that you bring guest you got problems ..... So this type of restriction has made my experience a bit sad ...

The Location was good close to the Modern area of Marrakech 🇲🇦 And also close to the train station So you can enjoy the area there's is bars and restaurants...
