We had an amazing stay at your hotel! The Moroccan-style suites were beautifully designed, and we loved the stunning paintings. The connected balcony between our two suites was a wonderful touch. The breakfast area in front of the pool provided a perfect start to our days. Special thanks to Abdulsadiq at reception and Abdulaziz at the breakfast restaurant for their warm hospitality. The location, just a short walk from Elfenna, made everything even better. We'll definitely be back!

Air conditioning in the room was too cold first day so turned it down, would like a bit more fruit in the room next time.

Great to have two pools for choice and choice of restaurants was also nice addition. Room was spacious and comfortable just needed more fruit in the room next time !

Small things were missing eg only one mug in a double room, insufficient hooks in the bathrooms.

A classy hotel, full of character. Very comfortable beds and noticeably luxurious bed linen. Great location, within the Medina and close to the main square. Lovely swimming pools. Beautiful bathrooms - we had two in a standard room!

Everything perfect.

This was my 4th visit to Marrakech and I've been in some 5 star hotel in the city. This one, stands out from the rest. Very high standards. Everything is perfect, in an unbeatable location. All staff is quite nice, always very helpful with a smile in their face. Decoration of the hotel and room is a feast for your eyes, Food is delicious. You have two very nice pools, one in the rooftop and another one in the ground floor which looks like an oasis in the middle of the desert, with luxurious vegetation. Absolutely recommended.

The pool bar service was appalling - it took over one hour for food and drinks to arrive. The main waiter was dreadful- we asked 4 times for our drinks and they eventually arrived 20 mins after we finished our meal. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable but nice room.

Great location and lovely pool area. There was a fantastic Indian restaurant on the roof terrace - highly recommend.

The hotel is starting to show its age and may need a small refresh down the line, but please keep the same ambiance and avoid "modernizing" it. The breakfast was good, but for a 5-star hotel, it could have had more variety.

Almost perfect as an hotel can be. A great pool surrounded by trees and plants in the heart of Marrakesh—it was like a secret garden! The lovely and super helpful staff assisted us with trips around Marrakesh and even booked some restaurants for us!
