Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The safe didn’t work either so had nowhere to leave belongings for nearly a whole day until it was fixed, which wasn’t great.The kids beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard.

Pool was heated to 30 degrees so you could swim even on cold days. Buffet was good, site was well maintained.

Accommodation-wise, the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, perfectly suited for families. We appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The heated pool was a favorite spot for relaxation and recreation, providing a haven for both adults and children alike. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect, from personalized interactions to prompt assistance with any request. After experiencing such unparalleled hospitality, we made the decision to return to Kenzi Club Agdal Medina after a brief stint elsewhere, and it was undoubtedly the right choice. Our final days in Marrakesh were filled with joy and relaxation, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities at the hotel. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, we do have a couple of suggestions to further enhance the guest experience. Firstly, we recommend assigning a staff member to assist with serving ice cream, particularly during peak times. This would help prevent spills and ensure that all guests, including children, can enjoy this delightful treat hassle-free. Additionally, installing changing stations for babies in both the men's and women's restrooms would greatly improve the convenience for families traveling with infants.

One swming other pool : the biggest one was not heated but was warm enough when we were there and had some slides the kids loved it. Finally the last swiming pool was for the smaller kids and was perfectly located it also had a smaller slide and was perfect for up to 5 years old kids.

United KingdomThe heated pool was very deep, and all one level which was hard with a baby. The food was the same every meal (nice, but got a bit boring). You have to pay for the spa use (10 euros to use just the pool) and there are no jacuzzi or sauna facilities, and the treatments were booked up for a week. The Moroccan restaurant had no availability whilst we were there, and the only other option was the buffet. The children's facilities were very basic and tired - all the grass around the play areas was muddy and a lot of the sporting facilities weren't great. I would say this is more of a 4 star resort than 5.
The staff were amazing, especially with our daughter, and were so attentive asking if we needed anything and bringing us a high chair. The heated pool was nice, but the other was too cold during the time that we were there. The staff in the baby club were lovely too. The shuttle bus was very useful but you had to book a day in advance.

SenegalOur room was a little bit far from the pools and restaurants but with a hotel this big, someone has to be further away. Our complex did have its own pool which would have been excellent if we had been visiting in the warmer months of the year. The soft drink (pop/soda) was not refrigerated in the restaurant, these would have been better cold. However, staff would get you some ice if you requested it.
The facilities and food were lovely. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the facilities in the hotel and around Marrakesh. We have a beautiful mountain view from our balcony which was lovely. The entertainers were excellent and the kids loved spending some time at the kids club and dancing in evenings at the kids concert. The staff really worked hard to entertain the kids and make sure they all felt included.

The entertainment staff was exceptional. They worked so hard from early in the morning until late at night and always had smiles on their faces. They interacted very well with the guests and were very helpful. Thanks to Latif and his crew for the dance shows, the cooking class, acquagym, and Arabic classes. They deserve a lot of recognition!

I recomend for families. We were her at Christmas, the outside pool is heated to 30 degrees celsius, our kids loved the kids club and I enjoyed the extra activities with the animation team. Hotel is in a nice location, close to the center. The food does get repetitive.
