You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWifi and air con could be better in some rooms as we swapped half was through our trip to a triple room on the 6th floor and the aircon and wifi was alot weaker in those rooms but we kept our window open and found a spot in the room that the wifi worked, no big deal really. There was also no dirhams at reception to exchange at all in the whole week again no big issue as there are currency exchanges literally on every road.
The hotel staff were very friendly especially in the dining room...everything you needed was within the hotel language was a slight barrier but my gcse basic French came in handy. Food was nice there was something for everyone, room was clean and housekeeping were lovely. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. Right opposite the beach also the on site doctor helped me with some pain relief when I got some tooth ache.

BelgiumI travel the world for my work. Kenzi Solazur is a four-star hotel, but it doesn’t have a coffee/tea maker in the room, no USB connection, and is much more expensive than a comparable hotel like Van Der Valk hotel ( Netherlands & Belgium.

ItalyThe only clean part of the room was the bed, we found the floors and the bathroom dirty and our towels were also not clean.
Very well located, right in front of the beach and in the centre of the city. Breakfast had a lot of choices and all the food was delicious. The staff at the reception and the concierge were very welcoming and eager to help.

United KingdomThe air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. They tried to fix it but it still didn’t work. We also waited over an hour for our room to be ready for us. We were too tired, it should’ve been ready for us.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff offered us Moroccan tea, which was amazing and welcoming on our first day. The rooms & the spa were clean & comfortable. Good location to the beach and market. And the swimming pool was nice for a morning swim.

PortugalOne of the employees from the “Piano Bar” was very rude, he said the drinks were a price and ended up being other price. When asked about the situation, he lied and said that he told us and showed us the menu with the prices and that was not true. He didn’t want to apologise and was very disrespectful. DenmarkThe housekeeping didn’t clean most days until late afternoon/evening. And when they did, they didn’t put towels untill later which was annoying when we needed the towels after a pay in the pool. Too Louis Music from the pool area. It was annoying after 16 o’clock!

United KingdomThis hotel is doing the absolute bare minimum for customer service while trying to maximise charges. No early checkin, for late checkout after 12 they want 100 dirham a hr. Overall staff have a bad attitude, especially the receptionist at the spa chewing gum and had hair dye in her hair during a work shift.... I have never ever seen this level of unprofessionalism in my life! Also, there was no towels in our room, we called them to bring us towels and they said ok, but no towels arrived.

ItalyLack of exchange facilities at reception although it was advertised. Opening times for restaurants, menu selection, room service possibilities non existent in our room or at reception or around hotel. Maintenance in adjacent rooms started banging every morning around 8am. In our room one shower was blocked, light socket in bathroom hanging off, light socket in bedroom hanging off, window seal hanging off which may have been the reason that the noise from outside could be heard which was not the best at 4-5am, bedside light switch did not work (not sure which light it was there for).
The location was very good. Breakfast choice was vast.
