So, its a hotel room for the price of hostel bed, omar the receptionist was present whenever i needed him. A few details were missing but its 100% worth every penny

Food storage/kitchen cleanliness. There is food in the fridge but the fridge is broken. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful, but after seeing the conditions the food are kept in after eating, it was a turn off.

Comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked well. Private bathroom in room. Roof top terrace view is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak English. Its a simple, but elegant riad that is decorated beautifully. You can't beat the amazing location or price. Parking lot right nearby.

The terrace could be more pleasant if they added a shade and cleaned more often.

Beautiful place with clean rooms and easy to find. Omar was incredibly helpful, providing everything we needed when I felt sick, helping us get a taxi, etc. Thank you, Omar!

Rooms and stairs are tighter than in other Riads. Hosts weren't willing to prepare earlier takeaway breakfast due to the early bus to another city. Extending breakfast hours should be considered. Note: Ceilings are not suitable for taller people. 😂

Our room was in the entrance so it was a bit noisy and humidity was a bit problem because there was no window.

The location was amazing. Abdullah was so helpful, kind and nice. Overall it was a good experience!

The bathroom was really smelly and the room quite humid.

The staff was really friendly and we could store our luggage there even after checking out. The rooftop is really nice and the breakfast was great.

When I was shown to my room, there was a cat sleeping in my pillow. The cat was cute, and the staff replaced the pillow cover for me, but the sheets were left as they were, so I started sneezing because I have a cat allergy. I was a bit worried about hygiene.

Located in the center of town. The views from the rooftop terrace and the hearty breakfast there are fantastic.

The room was too cold, I was struggling with the cold. The owner should think about providing a heater in the future. It took some time to get the hot water from the shower.

The location is great, in the center of Medina, and very easy to walk by to the market/the blue gate. The staff are very nice, and kind! The breakfast was great and tasty.

Rita is really kind and will help you with everything you need. The place is clean and cosy. The breakfast is great! It is located in the middle of the medina, but still it is a super quiet and safe place.

The place is a bit shabby and needs some TLC. The tiles on the floor are loose, furniture on the terrace falling apart, shower head not working well. But it is cheap, so you get what you pay for. We would stay again, but only for a night or two. For an extended stay, I'd pay more for an upgrade.

The location is fantastic. The rooftop offers a great view. Breakfast is substantial. The young people who work there are friendly. It was quiet.

In the bathroom of our room, there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. So whenever you take a shower, the entire floor is covered in water. Also the shower head needs changing.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the medina! Rita was very welcoming and made sure we had everything. We really appreciated that she was so flexible with breakfast and that we could have it on the terrace or downstairs. The terrace is really nice with a nice view of the medina!

the hostel is located at the centre of the medina with a quiet environment in Fez - the host was waiting in the street for my arrival & very kind to let me use the washer after my desert trip

Excellent service and comode facilities. Staff were very attentive and checked up on us during my stay making me feel like at home. The breakfast was great.
