Great host, easy check-in and very hospitable! I only stayed in the evening time and they were so kind and packed me a breakfast since I had an early tour to Merzouga. I will be staying again in a few days. The room was gorgeous, roof top wonderful and relaxing 😌

Absolutely no signage on the door and incorrect address on google maps. No contact from the property prior to arrival about finding the property. Its very easy to find once you know where it is. I think they need a sign on the front door and a detailed description sent to any one who books upon booking. Riad was nice but not as beautiful as many in the area.

Really cute Riad in the centre of the Medina, a mix of new and traditional. Was cute. Breakfast was nice but same every day and was a lot of bread/pancakes - no fruit or salad, but lovely to have on the terrace.

Very nice and helpful owner Khalib. Beautiful breakfast especially delicious pancakes made by Zaineb Lovely terrace Quiet and peaceful. Room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable.

Khalid has relatively limited knowledge of English but he is learning and things are getting better. It would be nice if the lady at the property can also learn some English. We have had some trouble with slow WiFi but some technician was there so it hopefully was probably fixed.

Khalid is a very nice and polite young man. He was very cooperative and helpful all along from booking on internet to checkout from the property. The other co-worker lady at the property was also very courteous and made great breakfast for us.

On arrival Morrocan Tea and cakes , Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom spacious and spotless. LovelyBreakfast the next morning. Location is central and in the authentic old town. Reccomended.

The toilet in the room we were staying in was not bonded to the floor. Led to a couple of close calls. Only reason why this review is a '9' instead of a '10'. Mattress on the bed was a little hard but this can be a matter of personal preference.

Khaled provided an exceptional service as host during our stay. He met us at the taxi to help bring our bags to the Riad & helped us with any questions we had throughout the week. Breakfast was generally served between 8-10 AM but flexibility was kindly given when we had an earlier start due to excursions. I think the stay demonstrated value-for-money.

Khaleed and co were spendidn and the morning breakfast with the juice was a look-forward to, though after few days you may wish for a change, so i would suggest some varieties for people staying more than 3 to 4 days

I didn’t love the toilet in the room.

Very accommodating and hospitable staff. I really enjoyed my stay. My host Khalid walked me over to the Riad I was staying in the following night with friends and I’m so grateful to him for that.

We spent a week in this Riad and it really was an exceptional experience. The Riad is like an oasis in the middle of Marrakech's bustling Medina, providing a haven of tranquility and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, Khalid welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea, making us feel at home instantly. His hospitality and kindness were unmatched. The Riad's rooms are very comfortable. Also, breakfast on the terrace is something we will never forget. We bask in the morning light while enjoying a delicious breakfast. What made our stay even more special was the option to enjoy a traditional dinner on the terrace, which was offered by the hotel at an additional cost. The homemade food was not only delicious but also a delightful introduction to Moroccan cuisine. It was a wonderful way to savor local flavors without leaving the comfort of the Riad. Khalid, the host, is a warm and friendly person who was always ready to make us feel comfortable and provide helpful tips about the city. He truly exceeded all our expectations

The whole place is very clean especially our room, the room is spacious enough for two people, The breakfast is really good, and we were able to have it on the rooftop. The rooftop is quiet and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here, the simple yet aesthetic decorations throughout the whole Dar are especially pleasing after a long, hectic day sightseeing outside, we felt instantly relaxed after we stepped into the building. Khalid is an amazing host, his hospitality is so on top. We couldn't recommend it enough. Also, we like the location, it's quiet, 10 minutes walk from the Souk with lots of good restaurants around. Not difficult to find on Google map.
