The air conditioning unit in our room leaked constantly and was unfortunately not fixed during our stay - still would return to the Riad though as everything else was so good :)

Staff were so lovely and attentive and breakfast was always great. The Riad had a number of lovely areas to relax outside of your room, which was great when taking breaks from exploring and in the evenings.

Great location for walking into the centre of town and yet still a very quite and peaceful place to stay, very pretty building and great roof terrace, staff were the best you could ask for as they were very helpful, friendly and funny. Roof was also comfortable and kept very clean.

The only issue I would raise is that the air conditioning was not the most effective.

This hotel is really nicely decorated. It has a good reception. The hotel is in the medina, and a lot of things are on walking distance. The breakfast was put together really good.

I love the hospitality of all the staff working at Dar Baraka. We were treated like extended family and given such a warm welcome upon our arrival. The rooms were beautifully curated in a traditional Moroccan style. The hotel managers provided us with excellent advice and recommendations about the city. For a true Moroccan experience, I'd recommend staying here.

The property was peaceful and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly from the beginning and were always on hand with recommendations or advice on the city. We also experienced a traditional hammam at the other sister riad which was a great experience and gave us a real flavour of the Moroccan culture. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay, we would love to return!

Very, very small points of improvement; - A small fridge in the room would be great! - The online communication replied very late, I wanted to ask about the shuttle service prior to visiting, but did not get a reply, when I did the reply was in French but I texted in English.

I normally don’t write reviews or get exceeded by my own expectations. Dar Baraka was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and just summed up in one word; great. I’ve visited Marrakech 5 times already and always go to a different location to change things up, next time I will not look for another Riad or Hotel. + The staff! Especially the night clerk Mo, ober Aziz, and the mystical ‘breakfast woman’ who sings beautifully 🌹 and the cleaning lady! + Location + Hygiene

Breakfast was lovely, we stayed for a week and had a great time, location is very good, we did everything by walking, we felt very safe in the area, you have nice restaurants and nice tourists attractions to go near the hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Always giving some tips about what to do and where to go. We really recommend it and would like to go back someday.

Non existent swimming pool (pics are deceiving) and the variety of breakfast.. but the breakfast served was always hot and fresh and the staff were always ready to help

The location.. we were within walking distance to literally everything.. the riad wasn’t within the medina, but wasn’t far.. in a lovely location, very easy to reach.

Noise travels and if a party arrives back late it can wake you.

The staff are so friendly. Mouaad and the team were always interested in what we were up to and what we had done in the day. They made sure we were comfortable and nothing was too much. The property itself is beautiful with decor to match. The 3 courtyards and roof terrace were lovely places to relax and recuperate.
