There was a bit of a time restriction to order food and eat at the rooftop. Might have something to do with the muslim celebrations held during my dates.

The place is a very quite and peaceful stay nestled between small streets and corridors of the Old Medina. It is perfect for those looking for a beautiful place to get back from daily adventures in Marrakech. Mouaad is an exceptional host and was as very attentive to us having the best experience possible.

Everything was perfect.

The property is located in an amazing central area close to everything. We were greeted by the very kind staff with biscuits and moroccan tea. The rooms are amazing and the riad is as beautiful as the pictures. We thought the staff was exceptional Moouad and Mustafa were great, always ready to help, recommending us places to visit and even coming with us sometimes to our destination so we would not feel lost. We tried the Hammam which was memorable, and we definitely recommend. We were also offered an amazing breakfast and a lot of attention and care by the staff. They helped us print out our tickets, arranged transfers for us and accompanied us in all the process, even before our departure. I definitely recommend! We were a 9 people group, and thanks to them everything went smoothly and well organized. 10/10 experience and we will be going to the riad again when visiting Morocco. Bonus points the room had AC!

A little disappointed that towels weren't changed every day but also understand that this is more eco friendly - We stayed in Room 17 which was beautiful, large, spacious and with a small private terrace on the top floor. It was however a little noisy in the mornings as everyone eats their breakfast very close to your door so the set up of staff moving tables etc and people eating could be heard however not enough to put us off! A little odd that the clothes storage/wardrobe was in the bathroom (we ended up not using it as the steam etc from the shower and smells could have potentially damaged clothes)

Beautiful setting, like a peaceful and idyllic calm in a very busy and chaotic area. Was a bit tricky to find however staff were wonderful at helping us and letting us know all information we needed. Very close to an entrance of the medina. Room was fantastic - more than spacious with a large, modern and well equipped bathroom. Great, powerful and hot showers! Breakfast was an absolute joy - a calm and light array of breads/jams/cake along with hot coffee and juice (which seems to be a standard Riad offering) - staff were happy to make more food on request (some people ordered eggs etc)

Great staff, beautiful and clean rooms, traditional and light breakfast and a sitting pool perfect to cool off at the end of the extremely hot days. Very relaxing stay in such a busy city as Marrakech. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we hope we can visit you again :)

Unfortunately we did not get a tour which others did get - so we didn't know how to find the pool and which door to knock when coming back. It felt a little impersonal compared to other stays we've had. Also, the fact that we had to knock on the door and wait everytime we came back was not ideal. Rooms were a little noisy but overall comfortable.

Breakfast and location were good, the interior was amazing. I've really enjoyed the riad and its gorgeousness.

Asked for my breakfast to be packed the last day as I had an early check out and was given some bread and other roti like thing. No butter or jam or any other accompaniments. No regard to how I would eat it. Wish they were a bit more considerate. I asked to use the hamam but it didn’t seem like they wanted to offer it as they kept coming up with various excuses (need 2 hours to heat up, not accepting credit cards for payment etc.) so I eventually gave up and went elsewhere across the street (Les Bains Orient or someplace like that).

Lovely riad, as described the photos. Staff were friendly, could be more welcoming though. Food was good. Great location, in the middle of the Medina.
