I’ve had a great experience with this hotel! The staff is very friendly. The room was big and well equipped. The sound isolation inside the room is also very suitable if you enjoy quietness. We’ve had a view to the ocean and the location was at 8 minute walking distance to the beach. There is plenty of parking space and it’s guarded. The breakfast contains plenty of choice and get you through the morning. A special thanks to the staff who has retrieved my wife’s bracelet, very honourable and kind of you all!

They didn’t have room service or in room dining if you need anything you should order it from outside.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to the beach but quiet enough to not be disturbed in the night. Youssef gave us a wonderful welcome and took care to give us recommendations for what to enjoy in the local area. Although only there for two nights, we had a lovely stay thanks to Youssef and his colleagues.

Noise from the fitness centre, especially on our last night when there seemed to be an all night party there.

Youssef and the front of house team were superbly helpful. Pool was clean, breakfast pleasant and location ok while room was spacious.

Can’t fault it really.

This hotel is exceptional because of its staff. Aziz, Youssef, Adil and Abdel you are absolute stars! Very helpful with absolutely everything. We have never come across such a great service. Those guys really are going the extra mile literally everyday to make sure their customers are ok and well looked after. For example it was Chris’ 40th bd and they arranged the bedroom oh so beautifully and there was that fruit basket also. Or when I needed some washing up liquid and washing powder I got it. Or when I got ill they gave me some medications. And our balcony was overlooking the beautiful ocean. We walked everywhere, we didn’t need to hire a car or taxi, I have read some comments here saying everything is too far away from this hotel, well, I’d say a person who can’t walk much/disabled/any other reason for not being able to walk more than few hundred yards obviously will need some form of transportation, like they would need it everywhere I suppose. To get to the beach it takes 10 minutes walking. The beach is 4km long (from the hotel to the marina). We loved walking that distance barefoot on the wet sand, our feet having a spa day coz of it! There are many lovely restaurants and Youssef recommended a few to us and the food there was amazing. Overall we loved every second of our stay in Agadir.

It didn’t have a snack bar but Oh My Bun is fab next door - and amazing smashed burgers … just had to go and get drinks and snacks

How cheap it was - far cheaper than a resort hotel on beach yet only 5 mins away - great breakfast buffet - could always get a sun lounger round the pool - the great reception staff particularly Youssef - we had an electrics issue which he resolved quickly yet got us a fruit basket and gym jacuzzi passes to compensate. Shows great customer service how you deal with issues and his tourist information was great too.

Nothing really , apart from the fact that the kitchenette could have been better equipped. The balcony with the stunning view could be improved by changing the balcony rails with glass ones so that one could appreciate the lovely sea views while sat down in the patio chairs. We had to stand up to enjoy the views.

The location was 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade. This was a clean and comfy hotel with excellent service. The breakfast was very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Special mention for the reception staff Abdel and Youssuf who were very helpful.

For us just in an area a little too touristy but that's no detriment to the hotel, it's just where it is and there's also not many food places super close - 15 min walk to restaurants which for us wasn't a problem as we like walking but perhaps for others they wouldn't like that aspect, however the app Glovo is perfect for deliveries of all kinds of you don't wish to go out!

The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much for them particularly Youseff. It was our son's birthday during our stay and they went above and beyond for him, he was over the moon. The rooms are super spacious and the cleaners are meticulous daily. The gym attached has excellent facilities and classes you can join too.

The breakfast is not a great experience and was a bit disappointing. The only hot offering was an omelette and its description was written on a small blackboard with barely legible writing. This could easily be solved

It’s difficult to name a challenge for this property. Possibly no pool bar may be a gap in high summer.

The hotel is lovely, our suite was fabulous and we received an upgrade on arrival to a two room suite fantastic treat. The interiors are lovely and the staff are great

The downside was to see many ants walking on the floor (nobody was bitten, but my wife was very uncomfortable with the presence of those little creatures in our bedroom). The breakfast also did not match the room quality, so they have a lot of room for improvement.

We have ordered Senior Suite, but have been placed in Royal Suite! It was a beautiful apartment with the ocean view, a big balcony, massive bathrooms and even walk in wardrobe. We only had 1 night, but it would be lovely to stay there for longer. Everything was very clean and kitchen annex was reasonably equipped. There is a lovely swimming pool which we were allowed to use after we checked out.

Do not recommend if you don't have a rental car. There is nothing in the neibourhood, you won't be able to buy or eat anything in the surroundings (except breakfasts). The nearest acceptable store/restaurant is in 2-3 km.

Very good as an Apart Hotel, always open, friendly and supportive staff, local breakfast with fair selection of tasty local cuisine. Also gym/training is available in the same building and we get a free admission tickets from the reception. Free parking near the hotel entrance.

The hotel is a 'second strip' hotel so no see view and maybe 10-12 minutes walk to the beach. It is however priced accordingly. The hotel has nothing next to it. About 10 real minutes walk to a few good restaurants so OK, but a lot of empty land / building going on so no scenic stroll . To go anywhere you needed to get a taxi, but these are frequent and cheap. Just stand outside the hotel and wave at one passing. About 1 euro per km maximum price. Orange ones are metered and white / yellow are set fare. The maximum time it took me to get one was about 10 minutes. ( tip- go to the roundabout and you increase the amount passing by 4 ). The taxi drivers always recognized the venue but sometimes found the hotel hard to find- tell them its previous name and use google maps on your phone. It worked wonders The hotel pool was lovely but water really cold- swim in the afternoon or splash out for a hotel with a heated pool.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews and research. It is always a bit of a leap of faith .... I am really pleased that I decided to go with this hotel. I arrived late to a very friendly, efficient staff member to check me in. As it turns out, ALL the staff were really friendly and super helpful, whether it was letting me know how the taxis operated and costs, opening times in the city, to locating the bus station for onward travel. (Note- you can buy water from the front desk but this is not advertised anywhere- saves you the trek to a shop) The staff even swapped a safe over for me when mine did not work. Breakfast was REALLY GREAT! A big mix of continental and Moroccan with fresh bread each morning. Oh, yes, Coco pops for the home sick!!! I got to try 'amlou' (Moroccan sesame, honey and argan oil dip)which I loved and put it on my yoghurt though I am not sure what Moroccans do with it. LOL The room I booked was clean and spacious. It had a kitchen with a fridge which was very useful to keep water cold and store fruit and salad bought in the market. A kettle and coffee maker was provided (if you intend using the filter machine take size 4 filters with you) It also had a few sharp knives. You might need to bring your own bottle opener. It was not super modern but everything worked and it had a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture I used the airport bus that literally stops outside the hotel. Very convenient at 5Euro pp and much cheaper than a taxi- I was solo All in all- I would recommend
