The location can be noisy with trams passed the front and under the airport flight-path. Sound-proofing was good, but could get stuffy with the windows shut. A Nespresso machine was provided, but no capsules (or milk, etc), so impractical to go and buy. A cafetiere would have been better. Due to no welcome pack we had to go to the supermarket straight away, which would be impractical for late arrivals.

The location was very convenient for travel by train (close to the station). All public transport is free, so easy to get to the city centre. Tony was very welcoming, but it's meet & greet with no Reception on site. The kitchenette was useful, although no complementary food pack on arrival.

Since the residence is on a main road it can be quite noise during the night due to people and trams. We did not expect cleaning service, so we woke up surprised one morning when the staff tried to open the door.

The residence is very close to the train station and a few minutes walk from the center. There is no reception service but the staff will contact you to give you all the instructions for the check-in which went smoothly. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and ready to accommodate any request whenever possible.

There were few hiccups when we arrived as we didn't read the email which sent only a day earlier. The email said to contact the number when we arrived at the place - so we were perplexed on how to check-in or enter the building. Just make sure you can make a call out 📞 or have your roaming data on. As this place do not have check in counter/staff. Maybe it's good if they update the system with a check-in box & code like some other hotel-apartment selfcheck in system.

I felt a little uneasy in the big building, not knowing whether there were any other guests. It felt very anonymous. There is no human contact as there is no reception. It would have been nice to find some tea bags and coffee in the room.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which can be very convenient. The room was very clean, modern, spacious bathroom. There is a little well-equipped kitchen corner, if you want to eat in the room. The communication with the hotel manager was very efficient via Whatsapp. I received all necessary information and the invoice. All very smooth.

The only negative about this place but also a positive is the area. You have to be alert at night as there are certain groups of people around, but at the same time the transport links are great and restaurants are open till late nearby. So, location is a negative and a positive.

It's my third time staying here. I like the privacy and ease of quick check-in/check-out. Very nice room, spacious and clean. Kitchen facilities are useful and clean. Overall, I had everything I needed. Host is very responsive via phone call, not so much via booking.com msging service. I would recommend to a friend, also good value for money if you book in good time

unfortunately I did not have a working phone number because I’m traveling from abroad and only got a data-only SIM card so check-in was a bit of a hassle. I sent messages on booking.com to the host but I wasn’t answered at all both during check-in and check-out… we had to ask the bank next to the place to call for us so they could open the door for us

Trams came by every 10 mins during the day and into the evening. Could be noisy at times if we had the window open. We were on the 5th floor and the trams were right underneath. Very convenient for getting around though as all public transport in Luxembourg is free.

Neighboring building in construction - it was noisy during working hours, as windows were facing inner yard, but hotel could not change that of course. You could also hear everything that is happening outside of your door- but we had only 2 neighbors on our 4th floor. Cleaning ladies were quite loud on Friday. Under the toilet the water seems to leak, need some repairment, but that was not critical at all. We noticed that only on second day.

Location - 500 m to the old city and close to railway station with its parking facility, that was very convenient. Fresh bed lining, fresh towels, everything was very clean. Nice design, kitchen is equipped enough for 2 people. Small but nice balcony facing the inner yard.

The room service button wasn't very clear on how to use (I only discovered it when I was leaving), causing a couple of occasions where I was trying to sleep but was intruded by the cleaning personnel. The surrounding of the train station is quite shady and noisy at night, with some illegal activities going on near the entrance of the hotel and disturbing the sleep constantly. Not the hotel's fault but for sure a bit let down when staying there.

Place was clean and tidy. Facilities felt new and everything worked well. Located quite nearby the main access points of the city like the train station and the historical city, can reach anywhere in town quite easily from there.
