The hotel is definitely on a pricey side, despite the simplicity of the services it has on offer. Shower cabins (although immaculately clean) leaked causing small “floods” in the bathroom every time after I took a shower.

Helpful and super friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location close to everything: several minutes of walk to the old town, the famous funicular elevators, grand theatre, tons of parks, picturesque bridges, attractions and numerous places of sightseeing around —all at a walking distance. On my first night, I arrived late and checked in at the hotel past 10pm. I was hungry but the kitchen was closed. The hotel staff brought me some fruits free of charge, for which I will forever be grateful 😊

AC and TV working

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Unfortunately AC and TV did not work. We had to ask for towels in that our room only had one bath towel upon arrival. Easy to find straight route from old town area.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so we changed rooms and the air conditioning still didn’t work in our new room either….

This property was close to the city centre and transit - it was very easy to get around.

The shower door leaked water into the tiles in the bathroom, but not a big issue. More puffy pillows would be great but still a comfortable sleep/bed. Still a great stay.

Good facilities and friendly staff. We were able to check-in early and store our bags after check-our. Great location near the theater, park and tram stop. We were fortunate to get a discount during our stay so it was great value for money. Coffee with creamer in the room was good. Bathrobes and slippers were great additions.

The gym is pretty small in the basement, no windows, so better not to close the door because the air can get stale. The cardio machines were very old, especially the treadmill, which i used a lot. Very loud and felt a bit unstable, but it did the job. The hotel should change something on booking.com. Settings, or something. When I book, I usually choose pay-at-the-hotel option, so i can pay in cash when I arrive. There is no option for this during the booking procedure in the case of this hotel. When I asked the hotel prior my arrival, they said I can pay in cash on arrival, so it is possible but during the booking process they dont provide this option so I had to pay in advance the full amount (that is unconvenient for me only because my card's currency is not euro so i always like to avoid the exchange rates and pay in cash using my euros - would be good if they changed this on booking.com)

Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel and the room is very clean. I loved that the room and the bathroom was very spacious (my room was in the main building) The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes when packing out. The hotel had a little gym which was good enough for me (it would worth investing in new cardio machines, the ones right now are very very old) Water and towels were provided, refreshed in the gym. Location is good too, safe area, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets next to it and easy to reach by bus from the airport. City centre is a short walk away. Check out time was 11am but the reception staff kindly gave me a late check out at 13pm without no extra charge. I would definitelly stay here again.

The only drawback was that the air conditioning was not functioning properly, resulting in a warm room during the night. And we are still not summer yet

The hotel is great and highly recommended. It is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk from most attractions in the city center. The tram station is next to it and only 15 minutes away from the train station. (Note: transportation is free in luxembourg) The staff is friendly, proactive, and always ready to help with tourist information. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Consider having breakfast at the hotel, as it is cheaper than dining outside, and offers a diverse and delicious selection.

Excellent location just a few steps away from public transport, just a short walk (10mins) to Old Town. Nice area with good restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, clean hotel, very comfy bed.

The bathroom smelled very bad after every shower, my guess is that the fan wasn't working properly.

I really liked the location of the hotel, public transportation was a short walking distance away and there was a big parking lot. The staff was very friendly and patient and the bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The perfect hotel for a short vacation.

The air quality in the room was not great as a first impression. The toiletries are limited, just a wall fixed bottle of shampoo-body gel combo. The building does not really feel like a hotel, more like a residential apartment building.

The location was great, central yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. There is a tram stop almost right in front of the hotel and many local bars and restaurants in the neighborhood as it is quite a residential area.

Breakfast is ok but not so varied, is more like on a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel.

Very good location, very close to tram T1 station and very easy to reach city center and railway station with tram T1 (public transport is free in Luxembourg), On the next street there are two supermarkets and a cafe. One can prepare tea and coffee in the room. Average size room and good bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Floors in the room were extremely cold. But the hotel provides slippers.

Good location, 16 minutes by bus from the airport, 20 minutes max walking to anywhere in the city center. Breakfast had everything I needed. Bed was good, bathroom well-equipped. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable working table in the room. Overall, good choice for a business trip.

Our flight was late at night. I have booked and paid for a taxi with advance. I wanted to avoid hassle at the airport but unfortunately taxi never arrived and booking.com wasn't helpful at all!!!

Quite a lot of noise from the outside (traffic), windows had to be closed; not suitable for business travellers. Rather cold decor.

Despite the troubling street noise (much traffic where the hotel is located) one warms up to this hotel. Very friendly staff, cosy reception area, tea and coffee available in the room, comfy bed. The room seemed to have been recently renovated.
