I wont say it was bad, but since my room was close to the Restaurant near by and it was open late night, I could hear noise from there. Once I close the window it was OK.

Excellent location, right next to the tram station and lot of restaurants and coffeeshop nearby, Near to the major tourist attractions of Luxembourg city. Staff was also helpful, and room had all the necessary facilities including some snacks and drinks in the mini bar.

Too hot at night with the only option to open the window which let in the noise from the street. From late night revellers to noisy cars to early morning delivery lorries and street cleaning.

Large bedroom for 3 adults with ample space and comfy beds. Parking on the street outside for a fee up until 6pm, then free until 8am. 30 minute walk into the old town of Luxembourg. Friendly man on reception.

It was a very hot day and evening and the room was very hot. Opening the windows did help but the noise from the corner cafe's and people talking on the pavements were a bit disturbing.

Room was clean and neat. Hotel was located close to the places I wanted to visit. Easy to find the hotel. Breakfast was enough and food selection was to my likening.

The view from the window is okay. The shower water pressure and toilet flush is a bit weak. The check-in is a bit long and a 50 euro deposit is needed though it was given back right after check-out.

I travelled with a friend and we booked a double room. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They even gave us pamphlets for the location of attractions. The location is near a tram station and 5 minute walk from the main train station. There were a great selection of breakfast and the staff was very hands-on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the mini-bar and a little fridge.

Noise in the night but we came for the weekend so it was expected I guess.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out very early on Sunday and the lady from the reception offered us early breakfast which was a very nice gesture. Good location - in the city centre! Breakfast was good - lots of options. The only down side was having a room above the restaurant - we came for the weekend and it was expected to be noisy. Also, on Saturday night there was a group of people who decided to put some music on near our hotel in the middle of the night with the police interventions it was quiet later. Perhaps during the week is better. However, this cannot be helped. Room itself had lots of space and had mini bar. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room with tea bags and instant coffee. This would be our only comment.

Initial search for hotel was tricky as we don't have a smart phone so my scouting before my husband came along ended up back at the train station and asking a travel agent to locate on google. Then the two of us walked up the hill and found a very friendly hotel. Lesson : ask before taking off without due map reading

Breakfasts were very good. Evening receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was close to eating and weekend rides esp. for children. Even watched the National day parade.

Tram stop Place de Paris very near to the hotel, friendly guidance on arrival about sights, restaurants and public transport. Very friendly staff. The room was larger than expected and there were more electrical sockets than anticipated on the basis of a review that mentioned that there were too few. Despite the fact that the hotel was fully occupied, noise levels were less of a problem than feared after reading a previous review that was very negative on that point.

It wasn't as clean and quiet as one would hope for. It was a bit dusty and we had to keep the windows open all the time that the air would stay fresh, but on the other hand during the night that wasn't possible because of the noises on the street.

The room itself was fine, a basic hotel room, and the location of the hotel is good.

No complaints at all. Would highly recommen to anyone not on a millionaire's budget.

Do have the buffet breakfast 7am - 10.30.am. far better option that the road side cafes and far cheaper. The choice is excellent, although there is no food cooked on the spot. but you can eat as much as you want. Coffee, tea and biscuits available 24/7 in the recention area as well as a small kettle, fridge and packets of tea, coffee and milk in the rooms. The location is great with 2 metro stations 5 mins walk away. Like most hotels in Paris the room was small, but well designed, organised, and up to date. There is also an elevator. Really cheerful, helpful staff. We stayed 5 day, went touring Europe, the returned for another 6 nights.
