Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

LithuaniaThere is no parking near house, because it is in pedestrian zone. But you can park temporary to unloud your stuff from the car. Then you can park your car near hotel Nerija.
The location is superb, it is in the center of Nida. Great for reaching all locations on foot or by bicycle. The room was clean, comfy bed, wifi was good. We had everything what we need.

LithuaniaRooms are relatively dark. Had the hosts improved lighting it would feel much better. Furniture and facilities feel dated but it was okay (we are not very picky guests).
Amazing location in the old part of Nida village, close to the port, restaurants and Parnidis dune. The house itself is beautiful, you can feel old village vibe.

LithuaniaThe sink and shower cabin are litterally in the bedroom, there is no separate room in place of a bathroom. The furniture is dated. I suspect owner was walking through our apartment and our things while we were out, even left us a sticky note. They didn't allow us to keep electtic bikes inside the rooms, so we couldn't charge for the whole stay. Owner was also quite rude about it, speaking angrily as if we were some intruders who came to ruin his day, not guests who pay 120 euro per night.
Location is amazing, the house is also very beautiful.

GermanyRoom was a bit dark, even with all the lights on, possibly because it’s very bright outside. Also, the checkin is in a hotel on the other end of town, so be aware of that if you don’t have a car, like us.
Amazing location, spot on in the center, various restaurants and a supermarket as well as the bus stop in walking distance. Just a few minutes to the lagoon, hiking trails to dunes and Baltic Sea. Refrigerator very convenient, also nice seating areas in the room and outside.

LithuaniaKey have to be taken in another hotel, only by separate request they accepted to meet me and open the room. Dishes, bath room were not cleaned at all during my 4 day stay. No kitchen facilities, yard is not comfortable to spend the time, eat or drink you have in the room
Location is great, but it is only one benefit. I would say there are no service at all, but price as 4 star hotel
