We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We are traveling around the world but our experience in hotel Pacai was one of the best ever. We booked De Luxe room but hotel give to us free upgrade to one of the best and most expencive room in whole hotel. That was the most beautiful room that we ever seen. I can say only one word to everything in this hotel. Amazing. This is the most positive recension that I ever made for last 30 years. Thank you for everything ❤️

United StatesThis property has an issue which cannot be fixed, which is that most of the rooms face the inner courtyard, which can be very noisy with a restaurant, parking lot and door to the reception area. With the windows closed it's not all that noticeable, but with the windows open? Also, we booked a premium room which we asked to change immediately. It was almost directly facing the restaurant and also had an odd design with an archway that we found disturbing. Also, the air conditioning was way too loud and one of the beds was directly next to the bathroom door, not very pleasant. The only solution was a downgraded room which we found to be more satisfactory, but we still had to pay the upgraded price unfortunately. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful about all this, but there was no other alternative. We still could hear noise from the courtyard with the windows open as we were directly across from the parking lot and reception.
Front desk staff did the best they could to help us. Excellent breakfast Downgraded room was comfortable. (see below).

The staff is all professionals and helpful, and so so kind hearted, always with the smile on their faces and ready to help you with everything you need. The hotel itself is so beautiful, and the food is beyond heaven in the main restaurant. In the spa I can recommend Dovile, she is really good, very sweet lady and truly a professional.

The hotel is beautifully designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. Nice bar and terrace area for afternoon drinks or a nightcap. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the City for a break.

United StatesThere was no iron in the room, and the room was a bit too small for a king-size bed. Two persons couldn't be in the room simultaneously besides sleeping. Also, their kitchen was closing at 10 p.m.! I have traveled worldly, and I have never experienced a 5-star hotel that doesn't have a late menu. I arrived late and couldn’t order anything to eat. I saw the same issue with other guests. I understand they won’t want to run a full kitchen late, but they should provide a basic late menu for their guests. Its a must.
It is a beautiful property with a tasteful interior design. It is clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, and more hotels in Vilnius should follow this example. The bar had great cocktails. The staff was knowledgeable and polite.

FranceI am sorry but a 5 stars hotel means a 5 stars service, and the room service / food is their downfall. On my first night, there was no room service because we were past a certain hour (it should be 24/7 for a 5 stars hotel, that is the rule). On the second night, I ordered it but though an app system that does not work. I had to call one hour later to make sure my food was getting ready, and it turned out to be extremely pricey for the quality and portion size anyway (but beautiful dinnerware). I simply ate outside the other nights. When everything else is so spot on, it is too bad to fail at something this basic but it needs to be said. I really hope they will fix this.
Exactly as pictured, it is a beautiful historic building right in the city center. The decor lacks perhaps some personality as it looked like any generic luxury boutique hotels (could have been in Rome, could have been in New York... nothing screams "welcome to Vilnius" here) which is a sad missed opportunity when you have a building with a lot of history. Other than that, it is spotless, and the staff was just adorable and welcoming (smiling at you every time you walk passed the reception... they were the best). Nothing to declare also with the room. It is spacious, the amenities are perfect, but it coud have used a real table or desk.
