The cleaning ladies should be quieter when doing their work in the morning hours (or start a bit later), on both days of our stay - including on Sunday - we woke up on their noise. The firetrap - which was next to our window - was used someone for smoking, when looking through the window, it was not pleasant to see someone just next to us, this kind of access should be prohibited.

Central location, spatious parking only for 5 EUR per stay. Comfortable, super clean and well-equipped room. Very good breakfast also with local food. Friendly and helpful staff. The gym is super well-equipped.

This hotel was in an excellent location which was on a beautiful pedestrianised street with many cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Although it was a busy street, I heard no noise from my room at night. It was easy to walk to the old town from the hotel and you could also easily get a bus to sites that were further out. The bus was only 1 euros for any trip within the Kaunas area including to the airport. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was all fresh and tasty.

Towels could have been bigger. The pool is very small - nice for a relaxing dip on a hot day but wouldn't be great for actually swimming.

Excellent location! The hotel is located right on the Main Street and almost all attractions in Kaunas are approachable by foot. We reached two hours earlier than planned, but the hotel staff allowed us to check in - after a tiring drive to Kaunas, we appreciated this a lot. The parking space was also convenient. The rooms are well decorated, and the breakfast was sumptuous.

This is not a dislike, it is simply a suggestion, but I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Reception, cleaning and particularly the bar staff were fantastic. The range of breakfasts available was huge and the meals in the hotel in the evening were excellent. The tea served in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel's location is prefect, stepping out of the from door on to the stunning, pedestrianised Liberty Anevue which runs the length of central Kaunas, giving easy access to all central attractions. If we were not eating in the hotel the options to eat within a few 100 meters were vast.

We ordered a sauna for 8 p.m., but it was cold. The lady at the reception did not help at all. Unfortunately we had to give up the sauna.

the lobby area is old fashioned and the breakfast was in the basement so it felt too dark when you need daylight after waking up.

the hotel is on the main boulevard and you have everything infront of the door. The rooms were big and comfortable in the modern building in the courtyard. Nice staff at check in, helpful
